I have thought you are one amazing person since I found your page. I didn't think I could respect you more but you managed to top yourself again. Thank you for sharing your faith with us. Please keep praying (with me) that my son will work with you someday soon. It is a daily prayer of mine. His eye doctor spent most of his visit asking him questions about diabetes since her son was 2 years into diagnosis. I went to meet with his doctor--I just showed up unannounced-- and told her about you. I told her I wish I had known about Matt when I was in charge with my son. Plus maybe if she contacts you, she can convince my son to do the same on his next visit. You are a blessing.

In today's world I find that being a Christian we walk a tight rope. On one side, I don't want to not give Christ His dues, but on the other people get all offended so easily. I find myself treading very carefully when I talk about my experience as a type one diabetic, because it is so intertwined with my relationship with God. He has had my back through everything. I found this video to be particularly refreshing because you let us into your relationship with Christ/higher power.
