Yes, Alex desk setup is very good & simple. Talking about what I like from your desk setup & that is USB - C outlet mod, because reaching again & again towards the hub is kind of chaos but I like your desk setup. But I suggest you keep sub in the corner to get the more lows frequency bass

I think it's an Aqara FP2. Basically it's a millimeter wave presence sensor. That's what gives you the crazy accuracy within a space
