Earlier today I saw that Hannah's getting her own show on the food network so I wanted to come here and say how happy I am for her! I'm not her biggest fan, I don't regularly watch her KZbin but I do think she is one of the better content creators on KZbin and she is really funny. I just wanted to say how excited and proud I am of her for getting her own show, which I think is a really big accomplishment. Good job Hannah, keep up the good work!

Biscuit tip! Add the butter, cold and in small pieces just like you did. Then use your fingers to quickly yet gently rub the butter into the dry mixture. You're basically breaking up the butter and distributing the fat without melting it, as much as possible. The colder the butter when the dough goes in the oven, the fluffier the biscuits!

the best way to mix anything together if you're using cold butter is something called a pastry cutter. Using your hands can melt the butter which defeats the purpose of using cold butter. You can use a fork if you want but it takes more time and you need to seek out the butter and smoosh it, you can't just stir it. Aside from that biscuits aren't too hard to make :)

When you make drop biscuits, it helps to have a cup of water to dip your spoon in between each biscuit you scoop and drop... it helps make the spoon not stick to the dough... oil is better, but you may not want the taste...
