Great Britain will be a good contender, and France is having the moment for competing at home. I'd guess USA will be gold, Great Britain silver and Italy bronze. Near the podium France, Brazil and China if they do a good competition. It will be a great surprise another team among these six. Canada won the bronce medal in Liverpool because they competed extremely well White the rivals failed too much.

@@mariadelmarvioleroblasco i feel like there’s no way that great britain can medal, especially since they’re missing jessica gadirova and ondine achampong due to injury. the teams in contention for medaling are usa, italy, china, brazil, japan, and france. the problem with japan and france is that most of their routines lack difficulty (including china on vault and floor). however, china counteracts their low vault and floor difficulty with their massive difficulty and clean execution on bars and beam. my predictions for the team podium are usa (gold), italy (silver), and then china (bronze).

A few notes: ▶️ Yihan is basically a lock on the CHN Team. She can contribute more than Qingying (has a DTT!!!) and is definitely a contender for UB bronze if she hits. ▶️ Leanne will need A LOT in order to make the team. She isn’t useful ANYWHERE unless she upgrades considerably. Kayla has more chances than her atm. ▶️ There are some changes in the AA programs from last year’s world AA medalists. You simply put from the D score from worlds eventho there WILL BE SOME UPGRADES. Kinda nonsense honestly. Rebe’s wolf turn and bb upgrade, Shi’s capucciti and bb upgrade, Simone’s potential upgrades on UB, BB and FX (already saw one 👀)… Even the “potential scores” are off. ▶️ Nemour only has a 7.2 bars if her half turn gets credit, which most likely won’t happen. Yihan, Melanie and Rebeca are names who have more chances to qualify to UB EF than Downie and Nina. ▶️ THE REIGNING OLYMPIC CHAMP ON FX will be definitely a top contender for a medal on fx if she makes it. Melanie also has more chances than Manila and Sabrina. ▶️ GBR won’t be a contender in TF like Italy or France.

I actually see Simone winning the vault title because Cecile did say in an interview that she is willing to do the biles two without Laurent spotting her. She actually has 4 vaults that she’s training and 2 of them are the biles vaults.

I think Suni is a contender for a spot on the podium in beam finals too. She did a watered down routine at 2023 classics (and that was when she was just on the mend from her sickness) and Simone only beat her by 3 tenths. She also is working on a double pike dismount now which would boost her D score quite a bit. I’m really excited to see her getting back to full difficulty. My only concern is that we haven’t seen her do floor and if she doesn’t have a routine, that hurts her stock a little bit. However, she’s incredible on bars and beam and has a pretty clean vault, so her chances definitely aren’t out the window.

i definitely think jade is going to do vt and fx, probably she’s going to medal on VT and FX as well( if rebeca and simone hits everything, bronze, especially on floor, but i think she’s going to fight for silver on floor with rebeca) her 2024 routine is actually pretty good, better than 90% of the gymnasts who were at the finals last year, people are just annoying saying she’s the same. and i think she’s going with a +6.4 on difficulty, i am brazilian but i don’t think flávia has a chance of winning bronze with jade doing her full difficulty…

I want to agree with you on the floor situation in particular. If Jade makes the US team, then she will most certainly qualify for the FX event and if she is in Tokyo Olympic form with a much improved choreography now ( NCAA has certainly done her well in this regard) then I think she will be on that floor podium. At her best, she is only second to Simone when it comes to tumbling.

I think she is great and got the skills, but needs to work on her form when vaulting (keeping her legs together when she touches the vault).

Italy can medal if they all can hit.. it just seem kinda hard for all of them to stay at their peak for so long .. all of them weren't at their peak at Europeans Manila was peaking hopefully she can maintain it . I know it's hard but she is also a very consistent competitor. She has been killing that beam all year and her upgrades look good she make her beam look easy like Simone so im counting on her in beam finals. But if team can hit they can medal

Well, I would also mention Alice Kingsella. I wouldn't mention the Gadirova twins, Szofia Kovacs, Elizabeth Seitz and Nina Derwael. Their participation is unknown and, in any case, all depends on how they recover from their injuries. We have not seen a PEEP from Jordan nor Simone six months now, so one cannot tell what to expect. I just know that every WAG ( except Simone of course) will have to have some serious upgrades if they seriously want to contend for a spot on the team.

Acho que a prata por equipes fica com a China. O Bronze que será bem disputado e se o Brasil for assertivo, ganha. @@claytonneri8356 Nossa, muitas. A Vanessa Ferrari e a da Grã-Bretanha, que eu esqueci o nome kk não competiram ano passado. A Vanessa, inclusive, foi prata em Tokio. A da Grã-Bretanha lesionou no salto no Mundial, por isso não competiu a final de solo. As próprias americanas, como a Jade Carey, que foi ouro em Tokio. Podem ir pra final duas americanas, então aí já é um páreo alto. Tudo vai depender de quem vai pras olimpíadas mesmo. Esse vídeo é apenas uma previsão com base no Mundial de 2023 e conta com a trave chinesa do campeão nacional deste ano. Então, assim, a Flávia precisaria de mais dificuldade e consistência para brigar pelo bronze. Maaaaas, tudo é possível. Até às chinesas mesmo podem brigar pelo bronze. E não sei a condição da Rússia para ir às Olimpíadas. Acho que as ginastas não vão nem como autônomas. Parece que não foram classificadas.

@@erick_yuri a Jessica Gadirova da GB já tá confirmado que não vai! ela não se recupera a tempo, a Jade é uma forte candidata porque ela tem bastante potência porém ela tem muito desconto no artístico e a Vanessa ninguém sabe como tá o nível de ginástica dela até porque ela não competiu nesse ciclo e ela já tem 33 anos não que idade seja um problema Jade Barbosa está ai para provar, mas já dificulta, sem contar que nem sabemos se ela realmente vai fazer parte da equipe italiana. Na minha opinião, a única real ameaça é a Sabrina Voinea por que ela usa bastante dificuldade e ficou em 4° ano passado, porém no campeonato europeu ela tirou 13,700 contra 13,900 da Flávia que ela costuma tirar

A maior adversária da Flávia é ela mesma, então vai ter que evitar os mesmos erros como, pernas afastadas no DL, chegada baixa no DP. Aaah, até as próprias brasileiras podem brigar, né. Jade e Júlia. Elas têm surpreendido. Realmente, a Sabrina pode pegar o bronze. Imagino que ela tenha corrigido os erros que ela cometeu no Mundial. I think Kayla has a better chance of making the team than Gabby. We also need to account for potential upgrades from everyone for the aa and event finals. We haven’t heard anything from Simone’s beam upgrades, so hopefully she has a chance to get that gold!

Agree most of your predictions but I think China will win sliver on TF. Their huge advantages on uneven bars and balance beam are able to lead every team except the United States（with two 7+ beams，two 6.5+bars and one 7+bars）. Vault has been a big problem in the past but this year they have a dty and a dtt which means their vault is not so weak as the last year. Besides，I think Zhang Yihan will make the team rather than Zhang Qingying because of her dtt and 6.5+bar. The only thing they need to do is improve their stability😂

Qingying has a Rudi on Vault but if she's again too injured to do Vault and Floor, I don't see the point of taking her only for Beam. Also Siyu is clearly not consistent, I wonder who China will sends in Paris between her and Yihan for the VT+UB spot.

@@gaodrob7938 qingying has not successfully done the rudy in any official cometition，she doesn't do any floor this year，either. At this point，she can only provide a beam which is not so necessary for China since they already have two 7+beams. Yihan actucally has 5.4 floor which makes her more competitive. Siyu can make the team with Yihan together，China need both of their bars and vaults. Qingying will not make the team unless she successfully do the rudy with a high quality（not the kind that is likely to fail in olympics😐）in the final test.

Depois daquele fiasco de team final em tóquio dos eua, uma coisa é certa, o time será o melhor possível, aquele time foi muito mal formado e deu no que deu! Muita gente ñ tá dando nada pela jade carey, mas ela salta e tem um solo melhor que a maioria alí! China tem muitos upgrades, mas séries com muitas conexões podem ser um grande problema tbm, e alguns saltos novos, veremos se funciona tudo junto. O time brasileiro ñ deve mudar nada do mundial passado, mas gostaria de ver alguns upgrades tbm, uma 3a paralela mais forte, a júlia tem bastante potencial no solo e trave pra evoluir tbm. A itália tem um time muito bom, porém é inconsistente, perdeu a asia agora, mas é um time que pode surpreender com uma medalha na final por equipes! Individualmente eu concordo com as suas colocações, mas tudo pode acontecer no dia, prefiro assistir algumas competições mais pra tirar minhas conclusões finais, shilese é uma ginasta que eu estou muito curioso pra ver, sunisa tbm(adoraria que ela fizesse parte da equipe, amei as paralelas dela, muito única)

Dizem que as meninas do Brasil tem coisas escondidas , que a Flavia vai apresentar na trave uma dificuldade muito maior, com uma entrada mortal seguida de umas , duas,tres acrobacias ,que ainda nao apresentou em campeonato nenhum mas vem treinando p as finais olimpicas, e que a Rebeca tem um salto do cavalo nunca apresentado em mundial nenhum, mas que sera usado conforme o embate na final com a Biles. saberemos se isso e verdade ou nao so em Paris, mas como as meninas estao sobrando um pouco nesses aparelhos (Flavia muito segura na trave, e Rebeca saltando com execusoes `perfeitas` ) acho que faz logica uma carta na manga p olimpiadas com uma dificuldade maior.

I think the medals will be between Simone Biles, Rebeca Andrade and Shilese Jones. What happened to Simone Biles in Tokyo, the way she has been performing since she returned, means that she is not unbeatable. Rebeca Andrade could perfectly be olimpic champion if she does a good competition and Simone Biles doesn't. She should be care with the yurchenko double pike, not even men park this vault correctly. I only see the bronze medal for Shilese Jones, except in case of very obvious failures of Simone Biles or Rebeca Andrade. Near the podium I would mention Elsabeth Black, Alice D'Amato, Manila Exposito, Flavia Saraiva, Melanie de Jesus Dos Santos, the two chinese if they perform a good competition, one japanese and Eythora Thorsdottir. Sabrina Maneca-Voinea is having her moment in Los Angeles 2028, though she could get a good chance in Paris 2024 depending on her performance, she has three high difficult scores.

If anything the way she has performed SINCE her return should tell you that Simone IS unbeatable unless she really has another case of the 'twisties' or is injured. If the REIGNING WC AA winner could not beat Simone when she had ONLY returned to international competition after TWO WHOLE YEARS and no where near her difficulty and stamina level, what makes you think anyone else stands a chance otherwise? As I said after World's last year, THAT was the competition to get one up on Simone, when she had just returned, not yet near her optimum.

Well, that's your opinion. Have you seen Simone Biles performing in 2023 worlds all around? She commited several mistakes and she won because she is american and USA is USA. While my opinion has roots in FACTS yours on the other hand is based on a combination of FANTASY, CONSPIRACY and HIDDEN DESIRES. Let us look at the FACTS. Fact ONE, Simone at the World's had only return to ANY TYPE OF COMPETITION THREE MONTHS prior and to her FIRST INTERNATIONAL COMPETION in TWO WHOLE YEARS. Fact TWO, she returned performing NO WHERE NEAR her DIFFICULTY or STAMINA level. Fact THREE, DESPITE ALL OF THAT and the 'several mistakes' she made, she WON AA BY A WHOLE POINT and A HALF+. Fact FOUR, that margin of victory was her THIRD LARGEST margin of victory in all of her WC titles to date. Fact FIVE, she has returned after a two year absence and did to Rebeca what NO ONE ELSE has ever been able to do to a REIGNING AA Champion EXCEPT HERSELF, that is, hand the REIGNING AA Champion a sound defeat after not competing for two years. Fact SIX, she ALONE has done this TWICE NOW, in 2018 to Morgan Hurd and last year. Fact SEVEN, Simone is a HUMAN BEING and CAN make mistakes as can and has EVERY OTHER GYMNAST. Fact EIGHT, Rebeca, Shilese and EVERY OTHER WAG would have to DEPEND on Simone making mistakes WHILE AT THE SAME TIME, perform out of their SKINS in order to wrest that AA crown from her. Outside of that, HISTORY has determined that their best chance otherwise is for Simone to have a case of the 'twisties' again or get injured, FACTS! Now, if you WISH/HOPE/PRAY/FANTASIZE about someone other than Simone (Rebeca, Shilese, Qui, Manila or WHOEVER) to win AA then SAY SO. Don't come on here spouting UTTER NONSENSE about Simone winning because she is an American. Are you suggesting that these judges who favor Americans only come out to judge when it is SIMONE who is performing? If Leanne doesn’t hit all her routines at trials I’d say Kayla dicello is most likely to take her spot, and I’d also give suni an asterisk and say if she doesn’t appear to get back a lot of consistency and difficulty she has before (with an emphasis on bars and beam), I think that’s the spot skye would potentially take!

Would be awful if anyone bet her in the AA, on floor or on vault. It’s plain as day that she is currently the best in the world on those events and the best one deserves the gold medal. I know some people say about Maroney not winning gold on vault in London "Well, ON THAT DAY she wasn’t the best", but it still bothers me to this day because everyone knows she was the best vaulter in her squad. Let’s hope there are no falls, no injuries, no weird e-scores in Paris, just everyone hitting their routines and getting judged fairly. Unlikely, sure, but I still hope for it.

Never underestimate the home crowd support for a team... She doesn’t stand a chance against the Chinese girls if they hit the routines. Simone can’t get even close to 7.2 difficulty while her execution is way worse than the Chinese girls. However the Chinese girls have more skills in their routines (with mount and dismount they actually have a total of 18 skills performing) which makes them more prone to doing a fatal mistake, while Simone has fewer skills. She will need to go full strength using even her named dismount and hit it without mistakes to get to the podium, hoping that both Chinese girls with fυck it up in order to get the gold.

Secondly yes she beat Yaqin in Antwerp last year, but Yaqin has not a D-value of 7.2 while in Antwerp her D-value was only 6.5 points. So get your facts a bit straighter here. Also Yaqin lost with just 0.1 points while she did a significant mistake which cost her -0.3 points while dismounting. Otherwise she would have won.

I agree with most of your picks. On floor, i don't see Biles winning gold. I think the vault finals should be interesting. So many are wonderful vaulters. On bars, i was delighted to see you have the Algerian earning silver. I don't know her name, but the first time i saw her do bars, i was like that's beautiful and will be first women's gymnast from Africa to medal on bars at the Olympics. Yes, missing the grace in gymnastics. The circus people can also do this high level of athleticism. It's getting boring, uninteresting when gymnasts display only power. Grace in addition to power is what makes a gymnast complete. Unfortunately, besides Romania and Russia, it seems that no one is capable of bringing that level of grace and artistry to gymnastics anymore.

I lived through both the 1980 and 1984 Olympics. I can honestly tell you that just because a certain country isn't there does not mean the other athletes feel they have been handed a chocolate medal! Competition has always been tough. Russia needs to stop drugging its athletes and pull out of the wars they start. Meanwhile, Romania is paying the price, just like the US did, because they allowed the state led by the Karolyis to mistreat their gymnasts. I visited Romania a few years back and NO parents really want their kids to go into sport because the parents see how broken their kids came back AND the fact many didn't get grandchildren from the medalists brought that lesson home to the present crop of parents.
