I had problems with the parchment paper almost burning so I now use a silicon sling with long handles to put in the dutch oven. I'm really liking it and its a bonus that is saves on parchment paper.

When we lived in Anchorage, I loved that we had a boiler room. We had hot water baseboard heat. When I made bread the boiler room was the perfect temperature for rising bread dough.

I feel for you, I have had to move 2 times in one year. Once, to a lease home because our home sold fast and our new home was not ready. Now for our second time. I am exhausted. For the first 12 years of our marriage, we moved every 2 years, I was a wiz at packing and getting rid of things, then we moved to the farm and never moved again (34 years) going to be something for the kids to go thru someday lol. Blessings!
