For anyone out there struggling, I am so sorry. I know it can feel like there is no way out, but I am here to tell you THERE IS & THERE IS HOPE. Life is so much more fun being free from my eating disorder. Recovery will not be easy, but it is so worth it.
One of the many reasons I do social media is to show women how fun life can be when you have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. My relationship with both food and exercise has drastically changed over the years thanks to working with a nutritionist and fully embracing the process of recovery. I live in freedom, living a healthy, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle. You can do that too.
I hope this video inspires you to take the first step into recovery and taking back your life. Please do not try to do it all on your own. Find an educated professional to guide you along and walk with you through your recovery process.
I am here for you. Find me @georgiakstockton on all social media platforms.

you are such a strong person! it's of vital importance to talk about eating disorders. I'm still struggling with it so bad. I can eat from 500 to 4500 calories per day. I can either skip several meals a day but then I binge. anyone having eating disorders - good luck. you are stong and you'll deal with it. with love
