Three years ago, I was 300 lbs, I started eating right and exercising. I'm now 170. Weight loss is really a mental thing. Once you change your mindset about eating healthier, the weight will fall off. Edit: Down to 164lbs

Not for everyone. I had weight loss surgery four years ago and have struggled with eating since then. I eat so little I've been hospitalized numerous times for malnutrition, and yet, I can't lose any more weight beyond the 128 lbs I've lost. I don't eat carbs or sugar or processed foods. I don't eat out or eat fast food. And yet, I can't lose weight.

Awww, Cam, what a heartbreaking story!! Also, 66 pounds means nothing to me here in Australia so I converted it to kilograms, my dude, that’s 30kgs!! That’s incredible!! Keep going forward!! And Zac, congratulations on your remission, what an amazing feat!!

32:29 I have done the fasting & I will say that it SUCKS at first. However, it is truly mind blowing how much power your mentality has over your body. You begin to realize how much you would used to eat when your body physically reacts to not having food, but then your mentality with the fasting is able to help curve those habitual hungers that you had gotten your body used to & are now able to reprogram your body to want less and eat less

My take on why keeping it simple and just walking with a healthy diet works. A lot of our time when we were hunter/gatherers walking was a majority of our daily activities. Walking to the hunting grounds, walking to the berries bushes or fruit trees. Walking was all we did, Usually on an empty stomach. Even going to the restrooom we had to walk a distance. They also did a lot of fasting throughout the year for religious purposes. Now that everything is brought to us, there is no need for walking great distances everyday. We have unbalanced our natural routine. Of course we do walk today but it's to get inside a vehicle for work or a store. Where we do barely any walking just to go back in our vehicle and drive home. Used to stress myself out with all this information on what I need to do to live a healthy lifestyle. One day I just started and kept it simple, walk with my dogs and lift some dumbbells. Shedding weight and keeping off is now easier. No unnecessary parkour acrobatic exercises lol. Long rant, thanks for reading.

I’m SO happy for you Cam! You look PHENOMENAL!!! I ended up getting to 412 and there was just SO much that I wasn’t able to do anymore. It holds you back SO much and sometimes you don’t even realize it until you lose weight and say “oh man, I miss being able to do this”. For me it was more of a hormonal thing that caused a lot of my over eating and weight gain. My doctor put me on some meds to help with over eating and then suggested I do bypass. I ended up listening to her suggestions. I had the surgery in May of this year and I am down to 265 lbs so far. I have a little less than 100lbs to go to get to my goal weight but it has been such an AMAZING journey. I love how I feel, I love how I look and I love that I’m able to just enjoy life again without my weight holding me back. Once again, I’m sooooo happy for you! ❤️❤️ I wish you nothing but success in the lifelong journey❤️

Cam, if you are losing weight for your health, then more power to you. But if you are losing because of what others think of you, then I’m sorry you feel you have to. Your heart and soul are so beautiful, it glows from within, and you are very handsome inside and out. I know people and see many daily that are so concerned with making their outside perfect, they neglect their inside, and their heart and soul are black and ugly. And that sludge oozes through to their outside. No matter what, you are you, and that’s pretty darn great. I wish you happiness always.

I have a eating disorder and I feel like such a failure. I see people judge me and I just cry on the inside. I'm getting on a plane next week and I am terrified of the looks I'll get...I've seen the clips of people being cruel to seeing a fat person...I'm 100lbs overweight and what if the seat belt doesn't fit? What if I get the knowing looks? O already have social anxiety (all my life) and I am sick just thinking about the flights. Anyway, it is very much a mental thing. I've had so much trauma in my life since childhood and my freaking coping mechanism is to eat. Hate myself for it. I'm proud of you, Cam. You are doing great!

chuckee cheese is a huge inspiration to the five nights at freddies franchise. the animatronics and the fact that the one of the original locations in CO did have a murder happen inside the building. apparently they also don't like to talk about five nights at freddies stuff, so its apparently banned on all their SM and locations. (not sure if its really true) i wouldn't be surprised if they removed the animatronics, there creepy already even before Scot created the series.

Cam, be grateful you have never been mistaken for being pregnant. It is the most infuriating thing I have ever experienced from another human being. I have been mistaken for being pregnant three times in my life. Once was an intentional insult by a skinny bith and her dumb friends, the other two times were genuine mistakes, which made me feel even worse! I don’t even weigh that much! I just don’t gain any fat in my butt! # EndSkinnyCulture

Society eats so much. 3 meals a day plus snack throughout the day. Digestion is the most taxing thing your body has to do. Your body needs time to digest all that food but most people never give their body the chance to do what it needs to since they are in a constant state of eating. Ideally we should eat in a 10 hour eating window and don't eat 3-4 hours before you plan to sleep so the body has all that time to do its job. Hydration is also important as must people are very dehydrated.
