We've even thought about Corozal but with kids we like Placencia the most. What prices do you think we can expect in Placencia and other areas you've been for a 2bd home. Crazy how in Belize section 8 they have no water no lights in the homes😳😳. I heard property tax is 10$ a year in some homes I'm like what!!! Not sure if accurate but I was mind blown

What blue collar job is the most in demand in Belize?

Kinda hard to answer that question...jobs aren't readily available here and in my opinion first priority for the jobs are Belizeans. Most people start restaurants or resorts. Tourism is big here. Belize is in need of people who are coming to create opportunities..especially for Belizeans. Lots of call centers here as well..but blue collar looks different here cause the average Belizean makes around 1.50us min wage.
