My End of Day Routine (Fall Edition)

Hey Guys! I'm winding down on fall videos and wanted to share my ideal end of day routine. This is how my family and I wind down if everything goes according to schedule. Hope you enjoy!

I am getting a bit older so by the time bedtime rolls around am always a bit tired. So I have to really push myself to take good care of my feet. Seems to be the last thing I think of. I had been trying dry brushing for 3 months straight. I started having really bad skin sensitivity and rashes especially on my arms and back. I stopped dry brushing and all of that went away :( I wish it worked for me as my skin was so smooth then.
