Nice mods. Just found your channel today. I got a '13 Evo myself few days ago. Its a joy to drive compared to my previous cars, still trying to get used to the clutch. Engagement with the stiffness is tough getting used to, I've stalled about twice at a light. My 1st Gen Speed3 was nothing like this, it felt similar to Honda. I have lots of plans/mods for it. But ill be taking my time, an mostly enjoy the car. Going to order some wheels next month, your fitment video helped clear some issues.

Glad to be able to help. Have you tried removing the restrictor in the clutch slave cylinder? It could improve pedal feel. Mitsubishi added a valve to slow the clutch engagement when you release the clutch. I have a video on it, search “clutch pill delete.”

Okay dudes I currently unfortunately own a 2011 Kia Sportage LX and am looking at get a Evo X within the next two years what are some things to look out for. What's the overall cost of ownership as I'm going to be daily driving it.

If you can work on it yourself maintenance is no big deal. Drivetrain fluids yearly maybe 500 bucks or so. OEM style pads and rotors front and rear can be had for around 500-700 bucks. The fancier you want to be the more it will cost. Spark plugs are like 60-70 for the set. I do fluids yearly and plugs every six months or so. Breaking things will cost you but maintenance isn’t too bad. Replacing my clutch was about 1500-2000 dollars. It’s way worth it I love this damn car. EVO GANG 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I’m running Tein Coilovers now, the blown Coilovers are fortune auto 500 but they were good to me. New Jersey and New York roads are the real reason they didn’t last longer. I gift a good 60,000 miles out of them. I would recommend them regardless.

I was riding on Ohlins DFV. and tbh in Thailand there are alot of potholes and unfinished fine roads here way worse than European countries (also due to the hot climate 24/7 and corruptions) And its killing me on daily drive. Have you ever got opinions on how ohlins drive on your country? Do those tein are more comfy than the ohlins? and how much the recommended heights do they have? Im ready to sacrifice the grip in order to get more comfortability, thx in advance
