today I am gonna be reminiscing on [by far] one of the coolest experiences of my competitive skating career! Back in 2012, I was lucky enough to represent Team USA at the 1st Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck, Austria!
I realized I've never shared this experience with you nor really talked about it much on my channel, and thought it would be fun to share! I had the absolute best experience, and would not trade it for the world. Getting to wear team USA on my back while skating my heart out was the honor of a lifetime; and for that, I will be forever grateful. I would love to film a part two and get to all/any questions you want to know, there is SO much to tell!!

last season to be able to compete and going into the competition with an open mind and wasn’t as nervous as i usually am and winning 1st place, skating is not about winning or medals its all about having fun. Also after the 1st lockdown to getting my axel more consistent and getting a better air position 😊⛸

Proud of my piano competition prizes and my masters degrees :) and my yoga teacher training and just having been able to introduce myself to yoga on my own whereas with piano i went through the "system".. but mostly that im continuing to reinvent myself and i can see youre the same way xx also, there are many personal struggles which we overcome healthwise etc. but we're not rewarded any prizes for dealing with them.. So the older i get the more i emphasize stuff like that

Most of my accomplishments were academic, but I did complete a half-marathon before. Looking back now, I wish I would have spent more time running and playing sports in my youth, but I was such a serious student.

Aaaaa that’s so cool, I always wanted to ice skate but there are only 2 ice rinks in my country and only one is close but because of the covid I can't go:( but I feel like I can achieve a lot of stuff if I learn how to skate well because I have so much motivation, thank you so much for your videos they make me so happy 😊

You are amazing! I am curious to hear about your training. How much time you put in? When you started? I know your Mom was in the Olympics - more about her! How expensive was skating over the year? Did you have to pay your coach to go with or is it such an honor that he just went for free? Curious about the logistics and lifestyle, especially with school.
