I always struggled with weight. I was up to 306 at 6'2 in 2009. I lost all my weight and started running marathons by 2010 at 185lbs. Started lifting weights in 2018 and was trying to fill in a little extra skin, but couldn't really put on much, I was floating in the 190's. I started TRT in October 2022. I blew up into the 220's now at 51. I filled out most of my skin, not perfect, but pretty dam good. I look like a dam professional wrestler. I am a beast at 51, all my numbers are perfect and I feel, mentally the best I ever felt in my life and look the best I've ever looked. I know I should love my body the way it was, but I am human and have hangups. I take nothing else other than TRT and a good diet and 225 grams of protein a day. The difference is so obvious, people I haven't seen in a while don't recognize me and when they do, they say wft u doing u look great. I lie only because of the stigma, they don't realize all the hard work I do in the gym, they just hear testosterone injections and think that it's a magic shot and I do nothing else.
@Madmetalmaniac420694 ай бұрын
Thats the sad part about the war against PED's. They genuinely are needed and help many people - the stigma around them just serves to make them seem like they're both a miracle drug and death sentence at the same time. Its crazy.

I have a similar storie. High School I was always over weight. The year I graduated I was 6’2 240. A sloppy 240z I lost 40 Lbs in about 3-4 months. A year into this I was down to 169. I just completely changed my diet. Workout 5 days a week. Ran for an hour weight trained for an hour. Looked great with clothes on but always had the extra little fat here and there. Love handles and breast tissue. That remained up until 40 yrs old now. I started TRT when I was 36. Still had a little on the love handles and chest. But this year incorporated a small amount of deca. That shit is a miracle. I filled out really good wear I never was able too. Wish I started younger.

*"I feel like it is your body so if that's what you really want to do, do it."* This quote was not heard very often from 2020 to 2022. It was more like: "Put what the government tells you into your body, or you can't play with us!" Now _that_ was vilification. Unless you, too, spoke against the government nonsense, I take "I feel like it is your body so if that's what you really want to do, do it" with a huge grain of salt. "Oh, but that was to protect everybody! We were looking out for one an other!" That's why all those folks addicted to the "vaccine" (read: addicted to fear) threw their snot-and-saliva-covered sanitary masks on the ground rather than disposing of them thoughtfully in the rubbish bin. They were "really looking out" for people. May seem off-topic, but I'm really fed up with people saying, "I feel like it is your body so if that's what you really want to do, do it", when so much out there is to the contrary.

I'm just smart enough to realize that people don't see me that way, and it keeps me in line and stops me from taking extreme measures to be someone i know I'll never truly be satisfied with. And just like buff, i have a healthy fear of these compounds. I've experimented here and there with certain orals and injectables, with blood work, and at low to moderate doses. I want to live to see my 70s.

I am 54 years of age. I use them non stop since 47 years old. I do cycle at max 500 mgs of test cyp/test E for 14 weeks then back on hrt 1 cc a week for a few months. I believe that nutrition, training and rest should always take priority over high dosages. Also, blood tests are a must to make sure all is well with you. I feel amazing, im strong as a horse and cardiovascular is on point ie: running, cholesterol is low. I believe that as we age, even though using anabolics, our weight and size needs to drop in order to avoid heart attacks. I used to weight 265 lbs in my 30's then i got smart and dropped to 200 lbs in order to be alive to see my 40's and so on. Moderation is the key to longevity. Great video buff. Its great that you bring awareness to others through trial and errors. Cheers from Canada

Does it affect your blood pressure any? Mine increases unfortunately
@jfandjanicegrenier34023 ай бұрын
@@HJ-lz4dt my blood pressure is normal. I also take 2 servings of oats per day which reduces cholesterol improving blood pressure. The only time i find my pressure was high is when i was taking dbol and also when i was weighing in the 235-265 lbs range back in my 30's. I'm now 200 lbs and i feel better and my cardio is great.

I am 52 yrs old and I have been working out since 1988. I have never nor ever had the desire to take steroids or want to take this. That wasn't my thing. No judgement to those taking drugs. I just choice to be drug free. So Brother Buff I guess I am that 1 % that choice to stay Natural in the gym. Blessings to you.

I remember watching this MTV special on steriod. And i will ALWAYS remember this one segment where this guy stopped taking roids for i think about 2 days. And the guy couldn't do a normal 20pound dumbell lift. Where as before, when he was on roids, he could do 50pounds like it was nothing. That day i knew to never take roids. Not that i was interested to being with.

You know Marcus you make some very good points! I wish more people nowadays would get this information before they cycle on and off. I've been in medicine for 20 years now. We use anabolics everyday to treat muscle atrophy in patients who are bed ridden and those who are in a coma. The dedication to cycle on in your own choice should be reflective of a body fat around no more than 12%. Anything more, in my opinion is why anyone who knows someone who is off cycle, gets small musculature wise. So to retain your look even when you're off cycle and even done taking steroids, this is how you do it. Your mention of TRT is 100% right on the money! It's all a matter of semantics and how pop culture view things in the climate at the time. I agree that given the right parameters as you've lined out, consistent blood test and straying away from the Adonis complex, steroids are a tool. The Adonis complex is when you take it too far and a little is good, well more is better! These tools should be respected however and used with CAUTION. Just as weight lifting, most young males shouldn't start lifting until around ages 13 and 14 as the young bodies aren't made to be built upon just yet any sooner, as they are still growing and developing themselves. Now, I don't think steroids should be used for young men/women under the age of 16 and maybe even 17 due to the adverse potential they have on development and growth of young individuals. Long and short, anyone who chooses to use, need to be smart and seek a medical professional for assistance and monitoring!!

Buff is telling the absolute truth. My first major cycle I did I put on 33 lb in 10 weeks and you do not notice it but everyone around you surely notices it

When I was in middle school my body transformed from 90 lbs in the 6th grade to 170 in the 8th grade but in cedartown GA we had weights for football players in the early 80s and all through 12th grade. The whole team was jacked and I never used but I had team mates that did. My senior year I weighed 227 lbs.

I wrestled in highschool and was only 5'7" 125lbs. By the time I graduated I was 5'9" 140lbs and couldn't get any bigger until I went to the gym and got on creatine and NO2. I got to 160lbs but for some reason I still looked on the smaller side. By the time I was 33 I took time off of work and got to 180lbs. I never really took much of anything since and I now bounce around 165-174 all natural as I am in my 40s. People can gain naturally going to the gym and resting in between but takes a few years of constant work.

At 5'9" 170 is a very healthy and athletic weight!
@phylozix113 ай бұрын
@@andreware6492 they say 160lbs is average weight for 5'9" and 175-180lbs is average for 6'0. I would think with no muscle or fat then maybe. I see these muscle dudes who are like 160lbs but they are at best 5'7".

Man I got to tell you, being roughly the same age as u I understand completely what you’re saying about your pre workout days and your experience with rapid growth over the summer. I never wore shorts or tshirts and would layer shirts to make me think I looked bigger and then I took my first cycle over the summer at 16 and got so strong and put on a few pounds but then I started obsessing about being 200 pounds. I found the right strength program for me and put on 70 pounds in less than a year and got sooo strong ( without gear) . Today everyone sees abs as someone being muscular but in our day everyone had abs because we all led active lives so it was only by getting big and thick you were considered to be muscular. If we were growing up today we would have been seen as the muscular kids in middle school lol
