Being a mom in and of itself is so overwhelming. Add all of the other stuff you went through and imagine. I was just telling Ricardo that after Elías was born when I had a 1 yr old and the newborn I never slept and I started hallucinating and I cried like all the time. A support system is so important. I’m so glad that now you are doing so much better 😊 Life is hard but it shouldn’t be that hard. Good for you for looking for help. Some people just end up in very bad endings.

I totally have intrusive thoughts all the time about my kids it’s so scary..I thank the Lord I have my family around us I can totally see how your circumstance back then of being technically alone could have snow balled that way...you seem like you came out stronger from all this!! 💪

Hi my wife and I have been dealing with it for the past 15 years, it kills me to see her taking meds... we are searching for healthier alternatives, any suggestions?

It’s really hard without meds, you just have to find the one that works with the least side effects

@@theresalwayshope5101 I can add, Natural supplements aren't always enough!! Psychosis is dangerous and should be treated with antipsychotics. I had psychosis and fortunately didn't end in tragedy or divorce. But y'all, take your meds.
