I’m on my journey to find a skincare I can follow & hopefully at least haunt the aging process if I can’t rewind. I’ve got the “revive glow red light” & I’m using it in addition to the multi tool “electro glass tubey thingy”. Better liquid exfoliating products, serums and creams. I feel like you are going to love your 40's...wrinkle 87 and I are at the tail end of our 40's...but I do think these have been some of my best years...aging aside :) Like you...I was never into skin care, but at least you are getting a little better jump on things. I kinda had a little internal giggle when I read the part about Seabreeze...I completely forgot about that. I wonder where Seabreeze is now? Hold please... OMG! They are still around! www.seabreezeclean.com/ - It looks like they still only have the one product, but now offer a "sensitive" option...which is nice :) Anyways...I am so happy you will be trying out red light therapy. Polanight works beautifully...l'm 61 ! I smoke 😯 l used polanight 16% and overnight l saw a huge difference..l bought 4 treatments and after 3 my teeth were as white as l wanted them to be..still got one treatment left for a boost in the future. vduerden26 - I was new to it all a year ago and just dove right in with both feet...but my face is not sensitive at all. I can tell you that I loved the RoC and saw great benefits...so much so that I plan on testing more products from their line here real soon. All I can say is...read all of the ingredients and do a spot test before rubbing it all over your face. Also...if you are worried about putting harsh products on your face, maybe try the red light therapy laser beam wand...that thing is amazing!

Corin Culver - OK...here is what I say...at least your catching it now and not 10 years from now (like me). As I mentioned in this video...I really think that doing anything at all (like washing your face before bed) will make a big difference. But if you are looking for some anti-wrinkle creams...I don't know if you know this...but, I love The RoC. I just tested it again and the results are there. You can get it at any drug store...and I have links to everything I saw results with in the description of my RoC Videos. I also really Liked the Skin Clinical Red Light Therapy Wand. I happened to find mine at the TJ Maxx for super cheap, but it is on Amazon as well. Maybe check out both of those videos and see what you think. But in the meantime...wash your face before bed :)

I just found your channel, love your personality. I'm 44 and 2 years ago started to get brown spots all on my forehead and top of my right cheek. After tons of research and alot of wasted money I found 2 products that took them away COMPLETELY. Seriously they are gone. Timeless vitamin c ferulic acid serum every morning and avon glycolic pads at night. I still use the vitamin c serum every morning but only use the glycolic pads occasionally. Oh yeah most importantly I started wearing sunscreen on my face every single day.

And now I'm saying this with all honesty - You look Fantastic!!!!! I paused the video on the year's before and after pictures and WOW there is a BIG difference to me. The lines under your eyes are gone, your forehead lines are much , much better and just overall there something.... I can't word this right but I see a difference in your entire appearance. You look happier, younger, what you are doing is working. And I told you months ago your white , white teeth make such a difference in your appearance. I used Crest white strips a couple of years ago but got an old box and the gel had dried on the inside so that was money down the toilet. Need to get goine on that. I have some I got from Walmart that was liquid the 360 Brand I think and it just is water and goes everywhere and takes a bunch to wash my face one time. Think I'd like a foam cleanser better. m - I know! Crazy how time flies. Thank you so much. I love that you paused the video and took a hard look. And I agree...some crazy improvements have happened over the last year. And as silly as it may sound, those improvements have made me feel better about myself. I noticed a difference not only in my skin, but in everything over the last year. I am started to feel like the way I have always felt on the inside (you know...super young and super fun) is finally showing on the outside and it really has made me a happier person overall. And I’m glad you see that too. As far as the cleansers went I really like the Olay gentle foaming cleanser and the Yes to Cotton cleanser. And for white strips...I have really only used the crest ones. I’ve tried some knock off white strips...but I feel like you get what you pay for when it comes to white strips...so, even though they are expensive, I find myself going back to the crest ones. But really...I always always always use a whitening toothpaste. I think that helps more than anything. Thank you so much for all of your love and support over the last year. It really does mean the world to me. You’re the best. Love you so much!

Diana C - Yay! So happy I have given you hope!! But, if I’m being super honest...no, I did not keep up with the microneedling. It’s not something you are supposed to do everyday...it’s just like a once or twice a month sort of thing...so I tend to forget I even have it :( I keep saying I’m going to get back in track with it and never do. I would say the biggest game changer was The RoC and the Red Light Therapy Laser Beam Wand. Both of those things made a huge difference in the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles. But really, I think the fact that I just started to do anything (like wash my face at night) and stayed consistent was the best thing.

I'm so glad you found the channel...and especially cause you found it while searching for The RoC. don't know if you have made it through all of the videos yet (I'm super behind on my replies...I'm so sorry) but if you haven't...The RoC is one of my all time favorite products. It's kinda crazy...I still get people telling me that they see a difference in my Neutrogena video...which I didn't think that worked on me at all...and no one seems to say anything about the difference in my before and after pics from The Roc. And I think I saw like super major difference when I used that stuff. Let me know if you end up trying it out and what you think.

Have you tried drugstore skincare if not the cerave skincare line. Watch videos on cerave skincare line I did before purchasing it. I use some of cerave products & am 44 years old. Check it out. I love how you tell the truth about skincare products.

Donna Ensminger - I try drug store stuff all of the time. The RoC, Neutrogena, Loreal, etc. I think the only thing by Cerave that I have tried is there face wash. Everything about you is awesome! I just love your channel. I've heard great things about raw and unrefined Shea butter, Almond oil, and Argan oil. People have claimed wrinkles diminishing, tightening of the facial skin, and hyperpigmentation lightening. I know one thing that has helped my aging skin tremendously... using Dial Icy Aloe soap and exfoliating skin with a wet rag afterwards.. and changing my diet to plant based while drinking nothing but tea and water constantly. I also started exercising 5 days a week since it increases testosterone and is anti aging from body to face. Taking steroids reverses the aging process, but I don't know how safe it is in the long run. I knew a woman who was in her mid 30's who was taking steroids for some reason unrelated to muscle gain. When I first met her, I thought she was around 16. She has been taking it since she was a child and it apparently slowed down the aging process dramatically.

@@ThisisRealLifeWithSheri You can find Shea butter, Almond oil, and Argan oil on Amazon. They have plenty of other oils and butters you can try (Emu oil, Kokum butter, Frankincense Oil, etc). Some help with tightening skin, some help with blemishes & wrinkles, and others fix hyperpigmentation. As we age, our temples and cheeks lose fat (while migrating south), our bones thin, and we have loss of muscle tone. Since many of us don't want to gain weight to have a smoother, more youthful face, the best thing to do is exercise the whole body and start lifting weights. It will tone our whole body, face included. Don't forget to eat plant based. If I find anything else that may help, I will let you know. :)

Also I use vitamin c suspension from the ordinary, and arbutin also from the ordinary. That fixed all my dark spots from sun exposure. Also, sunscreen is the best protectant from aging and dark spots.

Hi I just found you and I think you’re a breath of fresh air, so real and original and super funny. Just to let you know for the dark spots Murad rapid age spot work very good, is my second bottle but you do need to be consistent for at leas 3 weeks to see results. I used to have hyperpigmentation after my kids and this is the only one I swear by after so much money invested in useless products. I have u do find a more affordable product because this is expensive.

Once I have whatever it is rubbed into my face, I take the left over and rub it on the backs of my hands. I think it works and you don't need a separate product :)

Hello, I just found your channel while looking for a good day cream for mature skin with sunscreen. You said you had a friend named Sara that helped you get started with skincare, and that caught my attention because I have a daughter named Sara who got me taking care of my skin this year! Could you put some backuchiol serums to the test? They’re supposed to be as effective as retinol according to studies. I’ve been looking at one from BYBI beauty (a UK based brand)

SpringTime - I'll be real honest...I did not know what Backuchiol Serums were until you brought them up...so I did a little looking into BYBI Beauty. From what I gather, Bakuchiol is a natural alternative to retinol which sounds great. And the 1% Bakuchiol in Olive Squalane Oil Booster by BYBI Beauty is only $17...so I can for sure put that on the list. :) Interestingly enough though...I just bought the entire Burt's Bees Renewal Line to test out. It claims to be 98.9% Natural Origin and is supposed to reduces the appearance of deep lines and wrinkles in as little as four weeks. We'll see :)

Vivian Platis - I would have to agree...we should be using the products we buy until they are gone...not only will it save money, but it will for sure give you a better idea if something really works for you or not. Most of the time (on this channel) I don't finish any of the products, as I'm really testing the claims these products are making. If something says "see results in 1 week" I'm testing to see if that is true or not. I'm sure I would see better/more results if I used the products until they were gone...but most of these products make you believe that that is not necessary. Slowly but surely (together) we will prove them wrong :)

You look beautiful! Water helps a ton, fruits & veggies, RoC creams, retinol, olly chewies lol for vibrant skin, and I get Botox! I get it in my forehead, in between my eyes and have gotten it in my crows feet area. I only go twice a year, every six months. I highly recommend. It takes 10 years off! And it’s really not that expensive. I used to work in a neurology clinic and have learned how beneficial Botox can be. It’s not as vain as we may think. Have a wonderful day. ❤️
