There was an Easter egg hunt we went to. There was a deaf little girl who ended up not getting any eggs because there were a lot of kids. I told my sister if she'd give her some. My little sister went up to the little girls basket and poured half of her eggs into the little girls basket while the little girl was looking away. When she turned around she gasped and put her hands over her mouth in surprise. She then saw my sister walked up to her, tapped her and then in sign language said "thank you, thank you, thank you friend." And hugged my sister. It was so beautiful it made me cry. Kids are so grateful and so generous as well. Hope this brings hope in humanity to some of you as well.

I was sitting outside of the public library this one time, when I saw an elderly woman with a cane in one hand and a seemingly heavy bag of books in the other. She was walking with a lot of difficulty, like she had a limp. And I really wanted to open the door for her so she could return her books. I just sat there and stared at her walking, waiting for the opportunity to offer my kindness. Turns out, I forgot the door was automatic and opens by itself. Still, I wanted to help her. Reminds me of my school days, everyone looked out for one another in and out of school our town wasn't the biggest but the community and atmosphere where we were brought up was pretty much was the greatest days in my life. Black, white or Brown, big or small we all backed each other , we did have a lot of obstacles like gang influence and drugs and alcohol but back then it was a minority to the majority of people that lived there. So blessed , this film trigged a memory, God I miss home ....

Last yr I was a carnival that a near by town has every yr. I know all the homeless there and I had a $5 bill and I gave it to a homeless man it makes me feel that.
