Exactly same situation I am in right now. I am 22 old years back before college i decided that after college i will go to Isha centre and after pass through college i already convinced my parents somehow to let me go Sadhnapada but just 1 day before conformation I was forced to get job until I got confirmation as I have ..now I am doing job and I had to go to Sadhnapada... I am still deciding whether to leave job during probation period and go or cancel my application.. after such hard time of waiting I have been again put into such situation ... if had i got my conformation few days earlier i would have dare to reject pressure of family to not do job . Tough told them I will do job after Sadhnapada program but same colonial mind thinks that I will become a baba at road side , that primitive is social understanding of spirituality.i had to take decision before June as to cancel or not my application. family thinks I will become materialistic again if I do job ..well even I can't change that if sadhguru has graced me

I'm amidst the same situation right now, I want to do sadhanapada this year, I'm a 1 st yr college student, you can understand what would have been the reaction of my parents when I said I want to dropout of college, i just spoke about it on the video call , We didn't talk much now I'll go home and then things are going to happen 😂, Please guide me how to go on with it , I don't want to do college or any other thing anymore, maybe I'm trying to escape my reality but I don't see any better way to go on with it .🙏

Namaskaram Anna I have applied in November.I attended the video call interview face to face,they talked to my wife for her approval too.Then looking my age 42 they requested to submit medical reports on liver test,ECG,lepid blood test.I submitted the medical reports.Now what is the next process...I am awaiting for 10 days on reply from sadhanapada team.. Okay so all the process is done. Video interview is the last step. Just wait for their mail. And if they take longer, you can write a follow up mail also

Can I do Shiva Namaskar twice a day? Yes, either before sunrise or after sunset for 21 times at a stretch on an empty stomach. However, if you begin your sadhana with Shiva Namaskar twice a day, ensure to do it twice daily for the entire 42 days. The same goes if you are starting the sadhana with Shiva Namaskar once a day.

If you are talking about groundnut and honey thing as breakfast, it is mandatory and a part of sadhana only. Otherwise breakfast you anyway have to skip. First meal has to be after 12 PM

Is sadhanapada physically tiring for physically weak ladies? Also how did u manage your expenses as you said you just graduated from college before joining sadhanapada?

If you are weak, you will for sure become many times stronger in Sadhanapada. About physically tiring, it depends on what seva you get. If you get a sitting job it's not physically tiring, if you get to do some physically intense seva, then it is tiring. However if you feel you are unable to do it, you can get your department changed by talking to the team. My parents supported my expenses

Namaskaram Yes you can still do your inner engineering and apply for Sadhanapada If you have already applied, the moment you finish your inner engineering, write a mail to the Sadhanapada team that you have done your inner Engineering and you will be eligible for it. Selection is not guaranteed for anyone. Just go through the process with complete honesty

If you are clear that you will only be doing a job then the most practical option for a Fresher is that you first get a job from college and do it atleast for 1 year then resign to go for Spriitual sadhana. That way it would be easier to get the next job once back after 9 months. otherwise its very difficult to get job as a fresher especially if you are coming from a regular college and have a gap as well. In case you are very confident of your skills and you are ready to take that extra pain of finding a job as a fresher after gap then can go directly after graduation.

Hello Mayank Please clear my queries about inner engineering (6 steps) I have watched all six steps before 10 days and my date of shambhavi Mahamudra is 17 /18 feb so I want to know that should I have to do regular yogabhyas (practices)which I learnt during 6steps or I can skip practices .

Okay So it's best you continue it. Upa yoga practices (neck, hand, yoga namaskar) are very supportive for a balanced body. And isha kriya as you know they tell you in the video itself. These practices will prepare for you for Shambhavi also

@@sangetaarun3682 These practices are not compulsory but they will help you to get prepared for the final initiation. Also they are beneficial for your body and mind anyways. Only Ardhsidhasan will be there in your Shambhavi practice. Maybe you missed mentioning Aum chanting. Practice that too
