I received a Nordicware Forest bundt mold. I am thinking of using it for this holiday by using this recipe. However, my family does not like high sugar content cake, would this Bundt cake work? Would the blueberries stick to the tip of the pan and hard to come out of the pan and destroy the details of the forest?

Hi! I don't like my cakes too sweet either, so I think this will be a great cake for you! When using a Bundt pan, I recommend using a non-stick baking spray to make sure nothing sticks. The blueberries to kind of sink to the bottom though.

Sure! I would use a 9-inch springform pan. Baking time will be about 1 hour and 15 minutes but start checking earlier
