Super Moist Lemon Buttermilk Bundt Cake with Blueberries | Blueberry Lemon Cake with Buttermilk
This is the best and most easy to make lemon cake, bundt cake or pound cake! it is made with buttermilk wich makes it delicious and fluffy and the blueberry taste makes it so refreshing and delicious. You can taste the lemon and the blueberry though out each bite. It is the easy no fail recipe for beginner bakers or professionals. Easy to make yet very impressive! You can also make it in individual desserts form or use the same recipe to make super moist and delicious blueberry lemon cupcakes! I hope you will be trying out the recipe soon
📍Recipe:
250g Butter | 2 Butter Sticks + 2 tbsp
220g Sugar | 1 Cup + 2 tbsp
2 tsp Vanilla Infused Sugar or Vanilla Extract
A pinch of Salt
4 Eggs
400g Flour | 2 + 3/4 Cup
3 tbsp Baking Powder |
200 ml Buttermilk 0.84 Cup | 14 tbsp
150g Blueberries | about 1 Cup
1 Organic Lemon

Great recipe! I like that you alternated layers of dough and blueberries: that way, you would have blueberries throughout the cake I like the idea of freezing the mini cakes: like you said, they aren't cut, so they stay moist longer. Thanks for the info and tips about silicone molds! Your cake turned out great--I would probably make a lemon glaze since I like frosting!

Hello! Yes you can use frozen blueberries just add them to the batter while they're still frozen and don;t wait for them to thaw.. I hope this helps 💕
