Hey Alex, great review. If we wanted to share the line between 2 or 3 people to monitor voicemails etc, is it possible for multiple people to use the same logon on multiple mobile phones or devices?

Yes you can have one account that multiple people log onto (openphone probably doesnt want you to know that, or you can also have separate user accounts that share access to a single phone number, then you can even set it up so an extension rings their phone specifically, which is great if you have a single business with multiple team memebers

How is the call quality? I currently use Grasshopper and there is a noticeable difference in comparison to a direct cellular call on my iPhone. That’s to be expected but the difference is too stark.

I just made a reels on this, I just upgraded to a 5g phone and when I have 5g service (verizon) theres no difference in quality but on my old phone on 4g it did have a decrease in quality, thats a long way of saying its a carrier limitation not a software limitation. Obviously calls can also be low quality on the customers end which can't be fixed

How is your experience with receiving and giving calls so far. Voice quality good ? Basically a new phone thru the service ?

I've never had any issue with the quality that open phone can control unless its on the other users end or as a result of a bad LTE connection on my end. Once in a while I'll run into a number that I can't call because its basically a VOIP phone and the persons spam filter will bock the outgoing call, but, then I just ask them to call me or use my cellphone.
