Upgrade the Logitech MX Ergo S, I have both the M575 (got this first for at home) and the MX Ergo S (got this second for at work), spend the extra to get even more ergonomic options, so comfortable and it performs so much better than the M575.

You might want to have a peek down the rabbit hole of ergo keyboards. I went with a moonlander, but there are many others. It's pricey, but really good, and works just fine with Mac. Great to see trackballs and ergo keyboards on a "mainstream" channel not framing them like some weird alien control device.
