You should get a folding adapter for that chassis. GCP and Altus have them in stock. I would also like to know your thoughts on Zero Compromise or Tangent Theta 36mm tube scopes.

I had ordered the folding adapter a few weeks ago and I just received it today. It makes it soo much easier to put in my pack. Really digging that. The Zero Compromise and Tangent Theta look like amazing products. I don't have personal experience with either, but if I had to choose between the two I would go with the ZC. I'm not a fan of QD mounts on optics unless they're benchrest shooting. I wouldn't want an optic mount to come loose when it's bouncing around

@@andrewmconrad I have a zc on my 6 Creedmoor, but I am curious about how much easier the no-tools zero makes everything. I dislike having to use fix-it sticks every time I need to re-zero. I wonder how the eyebox differs between those scopes. You'd think that with 36 tubes, they would both have the best eyebox in the range

Hey Andrew. Not regretting subbing a little while back. Really like the way you present. I'm currently unable to shoot as I'm recovering from a torn rotator cuff (at 60 y/o). I was wondering what you may know about 300 Whisper. Any idea where a person could find ammo? Is anyone producing it? I have a 300 pistol. I bought 40 rounds of Cor-Bon in 300 Whisper a while back, but never shot it. Any help or advice you can offer will be much appreciated.

What height did you go with for the one-piece Area 419 scope mount? I'm going with the same Vison Pro Chassis and trying to figure out what height rings I will need to clear the top cover.

Short actions. Basically any caliber that fits in a remington 700 short action footprint. Which caliber are you thinking about?

No, 300 win mag is a long action caliber and won't fit. It's not so much the caliber to the chassis, it's what will fit in the magwell basically. Long action, long bullet.
