@@CroakerOutdoors I found some on amazon for half that price. But I ended up going the DIY route and getting a good tarp from Aqua Quest and 4 expandable 9ft. poles. I can make my own tie downs.

I used it last weekend. It worked as advertised. Since it was raining and cloudy most of the weekend there were times it took a while to acquire the satellites and send the text but it did eventually do it.

For the MoonShade, is it just the Jeep frame you're attaching the magnets to or is there a special non-standard bar you're connecting to? Does the magnet feel secure attaching over the top fabric?

New 2021 toys include a 47L fridge, 180 awning, replaced the back seat with a platform and wired a new line for the fridge. New compressor, bigger battery and a jump box coming soon.

Another question I just acquired my own Teardrop trailer off road of course do you think this would work on it it's a little guy 6 wide teardrop so ya think it would work on traditional teardrop shape ?

Man that's long answer. lol. Just depends on your needs. I personally don't like ground tents so RTT will get my vote. But a ground tent like a Gazelle and a good cot or mattress and I could do a ground tent.

I got mine from a local company that went out of business in 2019. The closest thing to it on the market now is the Intech RV Persue.

Unfortunately, my Moonshade was missing the mounting strut necessary to attach it to my vehicle. Contacted the company. said they would get one out to me by mid-March. Still waiting. In the meantime, I've improvised another solution.
