19:36 A few things to note about microfiber cloths for facial cleansing: 1) Everything you wipe off is stored in the incredibly dense fibers and ultimately you'll need to do what's called a stripping, which removes everything. 2) They can be rough on people who have extremely sensitive skin, even if they feel soft, and 3) They release microplastics when you wash them. Just wanted to put that out there. There are filters you can put on your washing machine to prevent the microplastics from getting into the water system, but you can't prevent them from going down your sink drain when you wash with them. So there are some down sides. Another thing (which is a bonus) is that they actually remove bacteria from surfaces, which is why they can help with those who have acne...but again, go back to #1 you really need to be sure you're washing them correctly...and no fabric softener in drying.

I really love using Kleenex tissues for removing makeup. The most gentlest thing I've tried. After I put cleansing oil on my face and use them, they still leave my skin hydrated and dewy. Really recommend and super cheap!

Hi I'm 73 , my skin looks great .I don't get procedures. I love your channel , These are the thing I have been doing all my life . #1 keep you face out of the sun.#2 use glycolic acid. #3 no soap just good cleanser and moisturizer. My 2 favorites right now are DRMTLGY universal tinted moisturizer and Biossance Squalane + marine algae eye cream. As a clinical scientist I wish there were more products containing marine collagen coming from New Zealand using water as the extraction process to avoid chemicals left in the product.

I'm 40 yrs old and I started using collagen peptide powder (1 scoop per coffee). I also been requesting samples for various skin care products . I Google free skincare samples. It's so overwhelming to pick which one. I recommend picking a day cream with spf or a strong sunscreen for daytime. For night time a retinol cream or serum. I am on a skincare budget. I been using olay 24 night cream and neutrogena rapid wrinkle repair. I favor neutrogena products. Choosing a skincare product depends on your skin, price, availability. I purposely use products that are at CVS pharmacy so I can use my monthly coupons on. Some skincare products are only on the internet.

My morning cleanser is revlon or CeraVe, timeless vitC, moisturizer Elf and the Rossay. Avene does not sit well on my face and I like very much Tula. Sunscreen Tula is my fav but I am finishing SuperGoop Unseen. Elf has a good balm for makeup remover and is affordable. I just received the patches so let how that goes. Night time neutrogena or Elf or Tula. Serums-Tula works very good. I appreciate all the hard work you have done for us🥰

I need to try out the Tula and the cleansers. But one thing to note, bakuchiol is no where near Avene's Retrinal which is retinaldehyde. Retinaldehyde is one step below tretinoin.

3:02- Yes, I’ve been trying that L’Oréal Glycolic Acid Cleanser. My question is, why would they put Menthol in It? You really have to be careful not to get in your eyes when washing. As I understand it, Menthol can be a skin Irritant.

So many products would be nice to just have a daily use product line and a weekly routine. For me, I always jump around and have too many products lying around. At the moment, I am trying just to stick to 1 brand, and it's hard, but I think I see better results in my 55-year-old skin doing this.

My hidden gem of a discovery is the polishing cloth prep from the Dollar Tree $1.25. They are amazing. Used with a little cleanser and all your makeup is removed. No second cleanse necessary. I buy them whenever I find to them and hand them out to friends. They are white trimmed in pink or blue stitching.. they also launder well and clean up beautifully. Compact too! Let me know what you think of them

If you are using high quality soft wash clothes and towels and only using each side once then wash no bacteria is accumulating. Those things look like bathroom paper towels and you have to rebuy them more than towels or wash clothes.

Hi doctor, I like to seek your advice about the combination of this formula to lighter melasma and dark spots. I find it darkens the face skin further. I like a second opinion before I stop using it. The formula was prescribed by a dermatologist to be used during wintertime. : acid glycolic 14%, Acid salicylic 14%, acid mandelic 14%, and acid lactic 14% in a 100ml tube.
