Hallo Ivan! Making yummie yummie again? I am not keeping up with the speed of your recipes but your channel is my favorite cookbook. This soup is really worth trying I find. I love your trick with the chili pepper. But ................. I do as my mum does. That's the first person from whom we learn cooking, isn't it? As children me and my sisters made a terrible show at the table if my mum added spicy to a dish. So dad assumed to not do that for us, kids. Mum than added the pepper in its whole, with the stem, let it simmer on top of the meat in the juice and than took it out before serving. The flavour of the peppers soaked in the dish and otherwise the flavors of the dish soaked in the pepper but the hot didn't. Mum put the pepper on a little saucer between her and dad's plate. So we all had the best of it. Later we kids started eating hot peppers like mad!!!!!!

Hey my friend! 😁 That’s such a smart way of doing it with the peppers, that way you get all the nice flavor and can adjust the hotness when the food is done cooking. Nothing beats mom’s way of cooking, right? 😋 I didn’t grow up eating a lot of spicy food but I started enjoying it more and more as I got older. And I especially enjoy the taste of the hot peppers, both with and without the hot seeds. 😁
