The capeskin is more delicate, but it's in good condition so I wear it fairly often. I just love it too much to not wear it!

The biggest thing is to start trying them on and handling them in person. Find vintage stores or even thrift shops near you. I'm going to try to make more specific content on this soon though

Thanks! I'm thrilled with it. My all time favorites film is Rio Bravo. I also love My Darling Clementine, The Searchers, El Dorado, Red River, Once Upon a Time in the West, Magnificent Seven, and I love 310 to Yuma. There's more, but can't recall all

@almostvintagestyle Those are all great films - I love Red River. Howard Hawks and John Ford are two of my favorite directors. You might want to check out A Place in the Sun, if you have not done so. Montgomery Cliff is in that film and he’s wearing a great CHP jacket. The intro of the film showcases it nicely. Looks just like yours.
