I didn't know this was a playstyle. I just like vehciles and robots and hate inftantry so thats how i build my arimes. Justvas ya said ,my opponents usually can't wound anything thus has a bad time.

If I can't find people to play OPR, Frostgrave, Stargrave or Hametsu.. I am still not going back to GW games. Though would be funny to run an all tanks list, I am not convinced it would necessarily make me crush my opponent. Which isn't my idea of a good time regardless. As a sidenote, OPR is more balanced and I don't think you could necessarily make a spam list. Probably because pay to win isn't baked into the game rules. Which, literally, every GW game has a degree of.

I only play spam lists cause they have less cognitave load lol. Makes it way easier and faster to play the game when you only can get a game in every once in a while.

It's honestly a shame that C'tan spam is the meta right now. My 3d printed necron army has those as like full on egyptian god models. Void dragon is Sonek, Nightbringer is Anubis and C'tan in a tesseract vault is Ra. Necrons themselves are like a mix of all sorts of different robot/golem models and ghosts. Like the army was quite obviously created as a hobby project, but everyone online would call me a meta chaser for ''C'tan spam''. Though I completely lack the units that actually win games, like 30 immortals and some random objective grabbers.

It's a term that comes from gaming, I think the origin is from RTS games like StarCraft where you can "spam" units as a cheesy strategy

This american talks about his industrial filling material as if he knows a thing about bread ^^ I expected a video about house hold objects as placeholders for real models. Still a fun topic. I recently went to a team-tournament with a friend. we placed solidly 20 out of 20. I was afraid to be the only player to sink points big models (storm raven and repulsor). in the first match we faced a baneblade and got thoroughly wasted. my second army is orkz centered around the six speed freekz vehicles and rounded of by bikers, jets and some trukks with boyz. not exactly the typical ork horde list, but very fast and fun.

He probably feels trapped like me. I bought a lot of models but no longer like playing the game or care for lore. (The recent lore thing has nothing to do with it 😂 I think it's an awesome change). I just feel kinda meh. People that hate something and stick around just to dump on it are just miserable.
