My favourite camera right now: Sony DSC-V3 (with samples)

I have two DSC-V3 Sony's, have taken them around the world, purchases first in 2007, both still work great. DSC-V3 Still holds its own against iPhone photos, and it' a joy to use. Don't user Program mode, notorious issue it uses the smallest aperture and get loss of quality. Great with Shutter or Aperture modes though.

Thank you for the video, looking to take some photos and videos in Morocco in a few weeks - unfortunately our old video cam corder from 2006 is not working and is just showing a black screen when trying to take a photo or video. However, we also have this camera that you did a video on! - Do you think I can still capture moments with that retro nostalgic feel that old cameras provide? As I feel your examples are quite impressive with the quality, I don't want it to look like that! Haha (I am no camera pro and its just the retro feel I thought of for the upcoming trip(s) )

You definitely can. I recommend sticking to shooting JPEGs (maybe dont pick the highest quality option) and up the sharpening a bit

Hi, do you use it with a memory stick or a cf? and do you know what isthe largest capacity it can support? i feel like it's easier to get a cf card and they are kinda cheaper.

I used it with CF card. If i remember correctly it supported even 16gb cards

I have this camera, it focuses very well in low light, even in dark, projects hologram laser onto the scene/subject. If that is what you are asking.
