Cool place. Most foreigners only think about forbidden city or great wall when they visit Beijing. This 798 Art District looks worth visiting as well.

Excellent filming and photography! I hit the subscribe button without any hesitation. Since you like 798, another site worth exploring is Shougang Park in western Beijing city. It’s a huge decommissioned steel plant but now it’s turning into a winter sports complex with the “Big Air” and an ice hockey stadium, prepared for 2022 Winter Olympics. Almost all of the industrial facilities are preserved well.

I went there last year, flew from Wuhan in the morning, arrived at the AirPort around 10am, took an airport bus there, about 30mins. spent the whole day there, and took another flight back to Wuhan around 8pm. that was my day trip, worth it.

Real amazing video! As a Chinese living in Beijing for more than 20 years, I'd admit that you had visited more attractions than I. 798 is a nice place to come back constantly, but the last time I went there was about ten years ago.

The pizza place is 'At Cafe' it's very good. Where we were sat was just near the industrial area where you can walk on the platforms. There is a supermarket on the ground and you can buy drinks and sit on the seats which is awesome.

798 district is also one of my favorite places in Beijing to hang out with friends, especially I have a friend who works in art industry. We even got parties sometimes since this friend’s friend own an gallery there. Oh so many nice memories! Really miss those days.🥰🥰 A little hint about C in Chinese, it is usually pronounced as [ts], like 草场地 Cao Chang Di would be Tsao Chang Di, not Kao. 😬😬🥂
