Welcome to Vegas! Moved here last summer and love it. I think you guys will do well here. Here are a few tips I have learned about living here. -Most importantly, drink A TON of water. -Costco has the cheapest gas prices I have found, just requires being a member. -Learn to adapt to not having your AC too low in the summers. Your power bill will thank you. -Make sure your house has a water softener. We have very hard water. -Whether you like gambling or not, bingo at off strip casinos is a cheap and fun thing to do. When you account for the drinks you get, it is basically happy hour priced drinks any time of day with a small chance of winning some money. -It looks like you guys are on the edge of town somewhere, so watch out for scorpions. They are not a huge issue, but they are nasty. -Traffic is lite in many parts of town, so people tend to drive fast. -Park you car in the garage when at home if you can. The heat kills batteries faster and not leaving it in the sun all the time helps reduce that. Not sure how that effects Tesla batteries. I imagine even more than a normal car. -It can get very windy here, especially in the winter. Keep this in mind when you choose outdoor furniture. It can literally blow away if it is too light. -Dry heat feeling cooler than humid heat also means cooler temps feel cooler too. This one took me by surprise despite it seeming obvious now. -Like LA rain is pretty rare. However, we don't have as good of a drainage system as LA so roads sometimes flood. Be careful!

I was done dating by 25 so figured why not so we got married, 24 years ago 😳. I was glad we did because she helped me build the companies while we had our family. Moving, especially out of state can always be a little scary at times. Your studio room with high ceilings you could build a nice set of floating stairs on one of the walls leading to a "catwalk" or "reading nook" and you can film there, help the sound and not loose floor space I've built some nice ones and when you add a bow window with bench seat it is perfect. Two Questions: 1) Now that you have the space, are you and Graham getting a dog (or even Jack getting his own)? Would you allow jack to get a dog if he wanted? 2) You should definitely consider getting one of those retractable “doggy” pool safety covers to make sure Ramsey doesn’t fall in there and drown, unless if you always plan to be out there with him. Thanks!

1) We are talking about it for Graham and I. Anything on Jack getting a dog would be more between Graham and Jack because they both know I feel with animals, the more the merrier! 2) Ramsey is an indoor cat, we don't plan on letting him out in Vegas due to a lot of coyotes in the area and Ramsey is really small.

@@MacySavannah Don’t forget scorpions! They are everywhere in Vegas. My fear of them went away the moment I stepped on one barefoot. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The only thing you really have to worry about here are rattlesnakes. Vegas is great though. Once you get used to it and find a couple good friends to hang out with, I think you will love it.

Tons of KZbinrs in Vegas. It's an easy city to live in, there's everything that Cali has, but most things are cheaper. The nicer parts of town are a step above many other city's "nice parts" in terms of cleanliness and safety. Only down side is that Las Vegas is basically an island, in terms of how far away the next major cities are. So everything has to be trucked or flown in. Consider that, then it comes to stocking up on food and water, should the a situation arise. (Oh, random tidbit... if you are into seafood, nearly all of the fresh stuff comes to town late Monday night for Tuesday deliveries. So don't expect fresh sushi on a Sunday)

I loved this vid. The foot out of the other car was seriously the highlight of my day! I have a very small den and I got an electric recliner when I got home from the hospital. It takes up a lot of room so I bought Serra couch that turns into a bed for guests. Very comfy 10/10 would recommend. Also it was under $500 on wayfair. One vid I’d like is a q&a on jack. :)
