My Ferrari SF90 Stradale Spec?! Assetto Fiorano Test Drive and Thoughts

Not long until I'm locking in my Ferrari SF90 Stradale specification, but one key decision remains about whether to order the Assetto Fiorano optional track package. Thanks to Banned Auto Group in Los Angeles, I can take this stunning Fiorano pack car for a run to the canyons to see what it's about!

It’s still a difficult choice regarding the asseto.. But I think the absence of a lift system does it for me. I wouldn’t go for it. Also and this maybe a rather odd observation.. those roads look like they are the same as the ones in GTA video game. Also just want to thank Marc Rutton. Really helpful with link for CTek charger and also advice on sourcing a specific Taycan. Finally that Eleanor mustang… omg that’s the second hernia I’ve had in two days! Last video with the Ferrari roll out and now this … I’m off to A&E! Awesome job Shmee!

Going down La Tuna Canyon is quite a road in Malibu. I used to ride my bicycle up for training and it's brutally steep. I'm glad I wasn't riding up when you were coming down! Have fun in LA

I’ve lived in the area all my life. La tuna and angeles crest have always been such a fun transition to drive on a Sunday morning. You get great roads and little traffic. Plus the traffic you do see is always exceptional.

I'm sure there will be some resale value to the Assetto Fiorano pack, but not as much as many think. If I had the scratch, I'd buy a 'base' or normal SF90 & simply add the most important item from that package, namely, the carbon wheels (which are $40K, I know) but the HUGE rotational weight saving plus the looks! That'd be my one must have option.

I had no clue that the Assetto Fiorano package doesn’t offer the lift system. This makes me wonder how Bren Garage is going to keep the underbody of his SF90 unscathed on Bangalore roads!

It's nice to live there if you are wealthy, but many of my customers don't drive their nice cars because they worry about getting carjacked. I left decades ago, but still have family and friends there. I like how he didn't show any video of Santa Monica... It's shocking to see all the homeless there. Even on PCH going up to Malibu (where I'm from) there are homeless in cats and RVs on both sides of PCH.

Beautiful spec. Looks so much better with the extra carbon and aero. Looks extremely good without the stripe on the front. The stripe ruins the front end in my opinion. For the reason your purchasing the car to be a daily type super car. I understand wanting the extra comfort and front lift capability. Either way your getting an epic car. Congrats

I think that the first mod on that car should be unplugging the cable to that voice control button... Assetto Fiorano would add resell value but it also makes it more expensive upfront. For a more daily car, it would make less sense than if it would live at the green hell.

Big call. The SF90 is the best supercar made to date. The SF90 must have perfectly functioning mechanical, electrical systems while I think the Mclaren Valhalla can't function as well. That makes the SF90 the better car of the two. I want to see them compared. A long wait for that!

It’s hardly an ‘everyday supercar’ if it doesn’t have a nose lift. In fact, without such a feature it’s almost impossible to drive it anywhere in the UK other than on a track!

Putting aside depreciation, and nose lifters, it’s got the luggage capacity of a small shopping basket, so it’s barely practical as a lavish toy never mind an everyday super car. Yeah, I think you need a lift system. What about speed bumps? If you actually drive it, and not just take it on a trailer to tracks, I'd think this is required? Wouldn't want to scrape the bottom.
