My main pieces is that - (as many pointed out) Dublin is home for Liverpool - klopps farewell tour -Liverpool just being a good team in Europe/knockout tournaments -the experience between the two teams is really unbalanced It would be close but I’d edge out Liverpool but I’m biased ash I’m a Liverpool fan lol. It would be a fantastic game nonetheless and it’s Europa league so my main concern is the prem to be quite honest just so klopp can tell everyone in England to shove it before he leaves.

I agree right until the final one, I remember Trent said once the emotion of getting to the CL final the first time was a bit much and the occasion got to them and the following year, they knew they’d win cause they knew how to prepare and deal with all the noise around it and I think it would be the same for Leverkusen, young team, never competed in a final, new manager etc etc But the same could be said for Klopp and the emotion of the players with it being his last game

AC Milan versus Bayer Leverkusen sounds like a dream match that's to close to call. Both are currently having an unbeaten run and have good attacking quality. Bayer Leverkusen currently the better team on paper because they have been in form longer and is first in the league table. Still, AC Milan cannot be underestimated.

I think youre right with the final prediction, the mental strain of going down to the wire in the premier league will impact the Liverpool squad. It's reminiscent of the nearly-quadruple season 2020-21 that way, if Liverpool win the league they'll carry that high into the Europa final, if they lose the league it's gonna be very hard to bounce back just 3 days later.

If Manchester City have kept a 5-3 aggregate lead against Real Madrid on the 2nd leg at Bernabeu, Liverpool might have a chance to get the revenge against the Premier League champions!

i think it depends what happens in the league for liverpool, if we win it then i think we’ll lose the final but if we lose the league we’ll win the final. If we win the league it’ll almost feel like that’s it for klopp then the final will be a bonus but if we lose the league we’ll be angry and we’ll go all out in the final

Despite the quality of some of their players, Benfica seemed to struggle on the whole against Rangers. In the first leg they had to rely on a penalty and own goal to draw, then their winner in the second was more down to Rangers overcommitting at a corner, leaving their man free to break and score. I can see them going out vs Marseille if OM keep things tight and can take their chances. They certainly won have enough for Liverpool.

my gut says: Leverkusen will lose against Milan due to Milan being a bit "dirtier" and just having that tad more "big game " mentality and experience. Alonsos team had quite a few mixed performances in the EL (specially the last two matches) and against Milan they wont get away with that. I would love for them to get the triple, but i think they will have to be content with the german league and the cup. And universal law dictates, that LFC will win against Milan because everybody wants a nice fairy tale happy ending for Klopp (league + EL + that other cup thingy)

I’m definitely delusional but I can see West Ham beating Bayer. If they bring it back to the LS at 1-1 or even 1-0 down, they can get at Leverkusen. Moyes’ style is perfect to go against a team like them, and if you look at Frimpong and Grimaldo’s usual positions, Bowen and Kudus running at them on the counter could be dangerous. Not to mention Steidten being their DOF, and nobody knows Bayer better than him. Saying that, come back to this comment after West Ham lose 4-0 😂

Are you sure Liverpool will lose the Europa League Final this year to Bayer Leverkusen? 1.The Final will be held in Dublin. The proximity between Dublin and Liverpool is very close to each other, and that some local fans will probably support Liverpool. 2.It's probably Jurgen Klopp's last game as a manager. 3.Liverpool were so good in the knockout games of European competitions. I even watched Tsar FC's own prediction video regarding this matter using FC 24. Liverpool had won it FOUR times! And you know what the opponents Liverpool defeated them in the Final? AC Milan, not Bayer Leverkusen! Liverpool beat Milan three times in this simulation! Bayer Leverkusen? They were out in the semifinal! Also, Bayer Leverkusen will most likely out in the semifinal because they had to face the Italian clubs once more this year (either AC Milan or AS Roma). Last year, Leverkusen lost 0-1 to Roma in the 1st leg at Olimpico, and didn't even grabbed a win at the reverse fixture! In my opinion, I would be surprised to see the Istanbul 2005 again in Dublin rather than this "dream scenario". That would be hillarious. Even hillarious, West Ham United will give Bayer Leverkusen a "real test" like Qarabag did!
