Please note that cultural appropriation is very much an american/european mindset. Most other countries dont care and actually like it when foreigners appreciate their culture. Wearing kimono is not cultural appropriation, it's cultural appreciation

The model of Suica's penguin character is an Adélie penguin. The reason why we chose a penguin as Suica's character is because penguins living in cold countries don't know the fruit watermelon (SUICA in Japanese), and because the service has just started and customers are not used to it. This is because it was expressed as In addition, the image of a penguin swimming smoothly in the vast ocean matches the image of an IC card moving smoothly through stations, so it was chosen as the image character.

I'm Japanese. I'm sorry you had to walk a lot in the rain. I just had a few thoughts and some advice.😊 Ah, so you finally saw a train full of people! But of course, that's not every hour! That's only during commuting and return times, so don't make the mistake of thinking that's the case.😅 And you guys went to Tsukiji market. Regarding raw foods, Japanese fresh foods are very fresh and are thoroughly managed, so you can eat them with peace of mind. We even eat raw eggs every day! Eggs are sterilized and cleaned from the shell, and bird feed is also sanitized.😉 Lastly, I would like to talk about Ichiran Ramen Restaurant. It's too bad you guys couldn't enter the restaurant this time. But don't be discouraged! That's because Ichiran is not necessarily the best pork bone ramen restaurant! There are plenty of other great Tonkotsu Ramen restaurants in Japan!😋 The reasons why Ichiran is popular among foreign customers are as follows, Tickets are easy to buy from vending machines. English menu is available. The seats are individual and unique. I think these are the reasons why Ichiran is so popular. However, since you have come to Japan, please try Ichiran if you have a chance.😂 That is all. So please continue to enjoy your trip!🤗 This text was created by an English translation site. I apologize for the difficulty in reading it.🥲

What, she paid for the oracle twice? How innocent! In such a case, take a picture and tell the amulet seller that you couldn't draw a fortune and ask for a new fortune, or put the stick back and draw again. The Buddha of Senso-ji Temple is blessed with good fortune to ward off disaster, to benefit this world, to heal illness, to ward off bad luck, and to open the door to good fortune. Good things are bound to happen to you.

Yes, on the trains it's very quiet. Although 1 time we were on a train at night in a certain area and it was kinda loud. We wore masks on the train just to be courteous to others. Did you take notice of the women of all ages of how they were so well balanced on the trains without holding onto anything? I was amazed. I swear my husband had that pancake every night we were there. I think he put a boneless fried chicken in between them too. That stuffed strawberry mochi...ya I had a lot of them. The sugary strawberry on the stick, it stuck to my teeth. I couldn't. lol it was good. just, I need my teeth. haha

If you're still in Japan, do yourself a favor and eat at one of the many Beef Bowl shops like Matsuya, Yoshinoya, Shibuya, or Nakau. You will be able to get a good meal for less than $10 for both of you or more if you want to order some sides. It's fast, cheap and very good. Also, go to a teishoku restaurant like Yayoiken or Ootoya for a complete set meal for less than $10 each. Average is about $5 - $8 right now.

Did you get to try any street yakitori? It's basically a small shish kabob with chicken and veggies with soy sauce.

Rather than worrying only about these good or bad results, it is important to read the contents of the fortune carefully, learn how to deal with the details, and use this as a guideline for the future. Assuming that they do not indicate simple ranking or superiority or inferiority, it is best to think of classifications such as ``great luck'', ``good luck'', and ``bad luck'' as a guideline for understanding the meaning of the content. Also, each shrine has different types and ratios of omikuji, so be sure to take care of the results you draw. After drawing your fortune, you may find yourself wondering whether to tie it to a branch or take it home with you. Each shrine has a different opinion on this, but we recommend that you take your fortune home with you so that you can use the words of God written on it as a guideline for your future life. You can put it in your bag or wallet, or place it on your desk or altar, and read it back when you get lost. 😊😉👍

1. K-mart is a Korean shop. Thus the "K". 2. I think you guy's would've loved Torikizoku. It's an Izakaya that serves all sorts of Chicken skewers, and its cheap.
