Model car madness had it spot on the grill is the one from the Willis and 32 sedan two in one box cool part. The bucks are for vac-u-former glass windows

Great video, thank you for posting. No told me about the skirts until last week so I didn't realize, but I'm working on those now.

It’s not a huge deal because they’re relatively flat and easy to fabricate out of styrene.

Nice update Dan. Not easy to cone up with skirts, so nice additions. The Edsel grille is from the AMT Double kit of the 41 Willys And 32 Sedan, only a couple issues with it. Very nice piece to get your hands on. The Cadillac is nice, I've cruised his products but like you have zero interest in the Malaise era cars. Other than a 73 Elcamino of my dads.

grille is from the AMT 32 sedan/40 willys double kit from the early 60s
@modelcarmadness51195 ай бұрын
I think that grill might have been in the old AMT kit that had a Willys coupe and a 32 Ford sedan in the same box. Im sure if I'm wrong somebody else will know.
@KitbashedKustoms5 ай бұрын
You are absolutley right. It was in that kit!

That caddy is going to be sick. I think the windshield pieces are intended to be used as bucks for drape molding or vaccuforming clear acetate. The phaeton is looking good
@crazypainter565 ай бұрын
that Edsel/Kustom nose came from the AMT 32 sedan that used to be in the 40 Willys double kit

I think those window bucks are for vacuforming a clear window but thats above my level of work since I don't have a vacuum forming machine.
@HayAuto5 ай бұрын
Yeah that’s above my level too!

I have access to a 3D printer, where I can print the parts. What I need to know is a website that has model kit programs that can be downloaded to the printer.
@HayAuto5 ай бұрын
I assume so? I don’t know anything about 3D Printing.

@@HayAuto ok. Maybe someone else will come along and have that info. Thanks.

Also, what's the name of the program you use to make your thumbnail text?
@HayAuto4 ай бұрын
It’s called Canva. There’s a free version and a subscription. We have access to the paid version through my work so I’m not sure of the features you get in the free version. Thanks for watching and commenting!
