Man, I'm captivated by your stories. As someone who has been in an around they gray market & legal cannabis business my entire adult life I can honestly say I'm glad I never got wrapped up in the legal system. I appreciate all you and people like Larry Lawton are doing to support prison reform, and point out the hypocrisy of the war on drugs. You did some bad things, but you are a Testament to what you can do if you want to reform your life. Best of luck on your channel, and starting this new chapter.

I understand you not tryna glorify drug use nor promote the use of drugs but from a long term user you described the feeling awesomely. It’s the best feeling in the world and that’s why it’s such a dangerous drug. High risk vs high reward. Glad you made it thru that experience, because it’s bad enough to use heroin on the streets, i couldn’t imagine having that habit behind the walls. Took me 20+ years to put the dope down and that was on the streets, if I was locked down I prolly wouldn’t have survived my drug use. Great story man!

I think to myself what separates your ‘prison stories’ from a lot of other prison genre’s and I’ve came to the conclusion that’s it’s your honesty just pure, unadulterated this is what it was ,this is how I felt , atmosphere about that makes the content fit like a glove for a cool entertaining story, real shit tho

I'm 44 with a beat up body and was prescribed opiate pain meds and my doctor didn't say anything about becoming addicted... he simply said here's a script for 150 when you're close to running out come see me... this was back around 05 or so... years later I'm addicted and buying others prescriptions and injuring my back and joints worse because I couldn't feel pain physically... lost my father and a few other important people which led me to realize how these pills were keeping me numb emotionally also.. it's been over 2 years since I've gotten off them.. worse part is all that emotion you were holding back comes raging back.. it's crazy how the pharmaceutical companies didn't say anything about the dangers of taking their poison and still refuse to offer anything including a settlement for the people's lives who they've messed up.. I'm full of arthritis and am in need of another back surgery and not taking their pills makes life difficult but atleast I'm not a slave to anything anymore

I'm 72 and have had several surgeries that involved oxy's. Like yourself, became hooked when I thought I wasn't.... till they take them away and withdrawals are not fun. My last accident was the really bad one n left me a cripple. I had a great doctor at first, he gave me something heavy but don't remember.... then he leaves an the next doctor says no an it is no, no matter which doctor you go to and your begging for them to cut, fix the pain... after five of the I'm sorries surgeries, they find it! Eureka lets do it and they say NO... you have had too many prior surgeries an so the skin won't heal proper or may tear so no surgery.... no begging helps and the pain management is also gone. I was like yourself let down and angry and then found a candy doctor an had way more than I would ever need. That lasted for a few years and then cross words got me kicked off of them again but a new doctor said he would fix it and I cried. So damn happy that i bawled but tighten up and surgery happens and guess what, close is no cigar. Pain from hell, he gave me some meds and I went back under the knife again. At this point you just don't care and guess again as if you haven't been there... apologies of sorry and no cigar but no meds either. I was so burnt out that stepping off a ledge would of been nice. I finally got a pump put in and it holds it down but its still pain... and a cripple who can't walk cause I have the shape of a horse shoe. I have not nor would ever do any drug again. I have seen my knee caps better than anyone and have zero life or fun... death is now a goal

@lindanealon9515 sad part is that this who agenda was done with a purpose and the pharmaceutical companies and our government didn't care knowing what they would do to a large amount of the population.. you ever go to any meetings or group therapy for people who were turned into addicts and we've all got the same story.. it's killed so many more than people realize..

I was in Coleman USP with Whitey Bulger he was being protected by the MS - 13 and Latin Kings. He had it really good at Coleman he was untouchable in there and that’s why the higher ups in the federal system had him moved to where his enemies were. He didn’t last 36 hours before they tortured him and killed Him at that new prison.

LoL, I know exactly what docu series you’re talking about. I’ll have to watch it again to look for you. It’s crazy how small the world can be at times. I remember they kept referring to it as the “REAL” con air.

I was also in B cell house both upper and lower. B upper is the biggest unit in the entire BOP. I think it housed close to 400 inmates plus another likely 200 in B Lower so just shy of 600 inmates total. B-upper is the biggest unit to reiterate.

Nice work, I did a small tour of alaska's correctional tour and it is nothing to where you have been but most likely ran across some of the people you shared time with ... not a great way to start your life but you get past it or die

BIG money maker the prison system is. Any idea what percentage of inmates at Leavenworth were non-violent offenders? I’m a new subscriber and found your channel to be very interesting. Cheers 🥂

Terry O'Brien warden at USP Hazelton, tells us " You know if you can walk my yard. If you can't, speak to one of my officers. Those that can walk my yard, don't use drugs, but if you do pay your bill. Don't use shanks, be a man, and don't cheat and use your boots" every bus the deuces went off twice a week there.

i like that, don't use shanks, be a man. when i grew up it was all about using the fists. hand to hand combat i guess. fisticuffs as it were. i'm 60 and grew up in the 60's early 70's.

Bro I clicked on this bc my husband was In Leavenworth for 9 yrs. But what I’m tripping about is that our last name is Rossi which is so similar to yours!! Ugh. It just brings back such bad memories even though he did so good and got clean In the drug program. It was such a hard time in our lives.

Great story. I am a new subscriber. I would suggest you go on blow down a razor wire and dock TV to get your numbers up maybe even death channel. But one thing that I would suggest is that you tell the story in order of how it happened then you can do callbacks and we know all the characters

Nick this was my original intent - i mean telling my stories in chronological order. My wife just asked me why I didn’t because that was the original plan and I honestly have no answer. The truth is I don’t even know which story I’m going to tell until I get ready to die down. And in numerous occasions I push “ play” and tell an entirely different one. B thank you fir the suggestion and your support

Year old video, but good on you, man. I hope your channel makes it big :) Doubt you're there quite yet, but soon, you'll be able to get offers (or reach out to companies for offers) and get some promotional money for showcasing stuff in your videos, hopefully quality stuff, but whatever. Seems to be around the 30k subscriber mark, give or take; maybe someone with more knowledge on KZbin and sponsors can chime in here, would appreciate it :) Btw, Odelfi head lamp (for auto mechanics, marketed on Facebook) isn't great, the battery sometimes only lasts an hour... Maybe I got a dud, but I bought 2 so I'll try the second one. Rant over.
