The success of Hawksmoor is probably mainly down to Richard Turner, the executice chef. One of the world's authorities on steaks and how to cook them. They have about 8 restaurants in the chain now so the key aim is to keep the standards high. Hawksmoor are the best for steak ( and breakfasts) in the UK in my opinion. You 2 at it again. Life is good!! That roast looks the business. Makes me want to jump on plane back to Blighty. Try as she may my misses can’t replicate that. £25 isn’t bad if it’s so good. Nearest thing to that in Boston is a place called Abe and Louie’s. Also a fab place for very expensive brunch as I experienced last weekend $500 for 4 people. Lots slurping going on, Mamosa’s etc. Keep up the great content

Bauked at first when I saw the menu price but then I saw the dish and the quality of the meat and how well it was all cooked. As a Yorkshireman I was impressed by the Yorkshire pudding. I would gladly pay for such a wonderful plate of food. I would, however remove the optional service charge and give a tip commensurate with the service received.
