Loved them they all looked great it is not up north its s southern thing bubble and squeak.up north use to do bubble and squeak then stoped years ago not sure why problem wasnt that popular.they use to do chips on a full english up north at tesco especially they stop doing ut since covid.places up north use to do fried potatoes a lot of places have stoped doing that now.i asked a lady in one cafe and she said its a healthy think they try and make everything healthy.your son takes after you with motorbikes thats nice to see.hope you had a good christmas and happy nee year.see you in 2023

Hey DJ! What an amazing line up of your favourite breakfast establishments! I knew E Pellicis was top but your others are equally as amazing. The regency cafe eggs look amazing almost poached like. I prefer chips or fried potatoes to hash browns. Have really enjoyed all your videos this year. I love your Camden market street food vlogs, The Bike Shed every time you go i am fascinated by it. The amazing Ginger Pig with the sausage rolls in which I thought you and Luke - your faces mimicking how good they were. Looking forward to what comes next in 2023 especially with your new drone. Ayup - yeah no bubble in the North. I always put my beans on my fried bread as it seems to take the greasyness away from it. They all look pukka those brekkies, and yes sometimes you can't beat having chips on a brekkie. I had what you had at the Regency, I took my boy with me and we both loved it for sure.

It's been a great year of discovery on London 'caffs' and other places - some very upmarket and some surprising 'low grade' revelations which would otherwise be overlooked. If you come down Brighton way again - I cannot lead you to the best places to eat - but would love to join you in the experience and a ride on Daisy! This was a tough call Darren, but I remember being really hungry one day and you had been to the Corner cafe, it was fabulous, I loved that video, so it's No1 No2 a lovely clean plate of food, produce looked terrific and its the Docklands diner. No3, E Pellici, obvious quality. No4 Regency, again Quality. No5 The full monty, terrific stuff.

Great vlog DJ. The Regency is a stand out from your videos. My East end husband worked at Barclay's bank across the road from Pellicci 's in the late 70s early 80s and went there all the time. We love seeing london and where my husband lived and worked. We met working at canary wharf in 2000, wow how that has changed. No Ivy back then! Love from Oz! Look forward to your next one! The drone sounds exciting. Europe ? If you are going (doubt it) to Germany, namely Celle, then you must try the City Grill. Its still going, I used it usually on Wednesdays when I went swimming, I was a tank gunner in the 60's and that was a port of call afterwards. Fantstic food there ! As for the top 5 brekky places, my language was very rude during it, because yet again my mouth turned into a waterfall :) Gotta try that one in Vauxhall :) God bless, thankyou for 2022 and a happy safe new year to you and your lovely family M8 :)
