Nice video! Remember that brand new 1138 from a few videos ago? Guess who was one of the engines for this train! (the other one was 1136, in it's Massdot blue paint scheme!)

Thank you for this great video. I have been on the Cape Flyer, but before the upgraded Fjrst Class and additional cafe car were installed. It is a great service, and last year when I used it, was very popular. I thought you might have shown the locos, as they are part of the attraction for me !

It was a bit of a whistlestop trip unfortuntely - I literally made it on to the train at South Station with about a minute to spare otherwise I would have given a more thorough overview of the service at South Station itself!

It's me! Hi again! 😀 This was Friday just gone, the 31st. I was at a gig in Boston on the night of the 24th else I'd have been on the opening night!

I hate Keolis with the Cape Flyer. It only runs weekends, which not everyone has Sat and Sun off, and only 1 round trip a day? I get Friday is there for people who are actually spending the weekend, but when you think about it, none of these trips work for Cape Cod residents, going to Boston for the day. I'd love to go down there just for the Cape Cod railroad, but I don't want to get up at 8am for it, and do a trip, and be there until 8 pm, I'm not a fan of beaches or the sun. If I was in charge of the T and/or Keolis, 2 round trips a day at least, year round. P&B doesn't even stop in Brockton, which is ironic giving what the "B" stands for. Sorry for the rant, but this service doesn't work for the average person, only the suits in Boston, love to go, but that schedule is horrible.

I'd love nothing more than to see the Cape better connected year round. Well, that and frequent cross-state service between Boston and Pittsfield!
