I immediately noticed the Jonna Jinton jewelry. I found you through her. Well done on your first ice bath, it's getting easier as you practice.

Hi , thank you for sharing. That looked so hard , I couldn’t do that, but sounds like it was a challenge you overcame and the surge of energy after would have been great ! Such beauty , I loved seeing the bear and owl , so wild and free ❤️❤️ Many blessings your way, Katrina from France

I agree with everyone here. Ice baths are energising. Looks like you have a wonderfully supportive coach there too.

I so admire you both for your dynamism, bravery, and incredible sense of adventure. Have you inspired me to get out of my arnchair and try something similar? Sorry - no chance!!!

This was fun to watch! I have found cold plunges to be one of the most therapeutic things for me since I battle with chronic pain due to EDS. It sucks at first but it makes you feel soooo energized and refreshed for a few hours after!

Oh my goodness you are one brave lady!! I spend my whole life trying to avoid being cold at all costs 😂 such beautiful images, the wildlife you captured was amazing! So Lizzy, are you going to turn into one of those folks with a barrel of cold water outside the back door for a dip each day?
@ElizabethGaddPhotography
@ElizabethGaddPhotography 8 ай бұрын
Hahahah, Kris has actually talked about getting an ice water barrel to go outside the back door. 😂 I don’t think I could do it again though - unless it’s a REALLY pretty lake that would almost be a shame not to jump in, but… an every-day ice barrel bath, I’ll leave that to Kris. 😂

@@ElizabethGaddPhotography hahaha, I don’t blame you, I can’t even be persuaded to turn the shower to cold, or even down a fraction. I like my water extra steamy baby

Good for you! Ice baths are wonderful. They get better as you do them. 🙂

Hehehe, I'm still trying to decide on "wonderful", but it was certainly exhilarating! I think I need to do it again to find out. 😂❤

Oh my gosh! Good for you for going for two minutes. I did it once but only for literally a couple seconds of jumping in a freshly melted ice pool! Froze my butt off but the high afterwards was worth it! ❤😊 absolutely love your content ✨️ 💕 ❤️ much love from BC!

I would have been hesitant to go in as well. The butterfly flying toward the camera was magical.

That's great Lizzie, WTG! I also recently had a plunge in glacier waters in Mt. Cook, NZ. I felt very energized afterwards! :D

Did those animal clips get captured by you? Like the little bear and the owl?
@ElizabethGaddPhotography

I did capture those clips! 🥰 That’s what I love most about spending days camping in the wild here - more opportunity to quietly witness these beautiful creatures living their day-to-day lives. It’s my favourite thing ever. ❤️
