About the lag: The snow is particles. Basically every single snowflake is another object. (Explained in a easy way). The more snowflakes on the screen, the more a pc has to work. If the outside arena was a sunny day. It wouldn't lag so much.

How do I increase fps in Unbridled: Horse Designer? I am lagging and cannot change setting

You can actually go to their settings while in game or outside of the game by clicking "esc". Through there you will have to navigate it a little bit ( I dont exactly remember where it is) but my guess is its in the graphics section at the very bottom, their default is actually "unlimited fps" but it seems you can turn them down to even 30
