hi the hang glider is a wills wing falcon 170 a little small but is ok for my trike it only weights 80lb plus me 140 and I did some adjustments to gain more capacity

I don’t use that engine anymore but it was 25lb and the trike complete was 80lb now i use a minari 180cc with a 3 blade prop its on one of my vids . Thanks for watching my video

Only few have tried making hang glider wings. The metal is one part, large amounts of poly, decron is expensive, aluminum is expensive, and the plan has to be right due to ur life depending on it.

Thats awill wing falcon 170 but i recommend that you get a tendem hang glider just i case you put to much weight on your trike ...the engine its a 100cc 2stroke gokart engine and it does 15500 rpm so carefull on the engine you get

Willis wing does not support use of their wings on trikes. They are against it. Go with airborne or aero depends on how fast of a wing u want. I'm new too I have a home built trike (not by me) and it needs a little work and a wing too. As far as 15k rpm, that's way high. You use pulleys to reduce the rpm to useful prop rpm/speed. I can make a vid if anyone needs, it has Kawasaki 440 2stroke

@@dr420nrg i agree that 15k rpm is way too high to run a prop effectively, a reduction drive is def. needed in that case. however op, looks like you made it work somehow... anyway, you say you're using a kawasaki 440 two stroke, how is that compared to the predator 440cc four stroke engine(briggs, duromax, etc)?

@@andyec-fp7cc the predator (harbor freight) if that's what u talking about those need upgrades to make them Worthy enough for flight. Those are something like 16-22hp to begin with, and are heavy. the Kawasaki is about 40hp. And 49lbs. But if that's not enough I have a rotax 503 with a gearbox and ivo prop hiding out.

@@dr420nrg thx for the info, was judt curious and yeah all those 4 stroke 440cc engines are variations of the same thing as the harbor frieght one, 18-22 hp like you said and heavy.... i have a friend who has a radne raket aero 120 with a 1:4 re:drive on it thay was offered to me, but i really dont think its gonna have anywhere near enough hp even with the 1:4 ratio, maybe if i was a smaller dude.....

on the one on the vid I spend like 1200 dollars motor is a kpv100cc and I think it does 21hp at 15000rpm you have to make your numbers for the reduction drive for the prop most can only do 3100rpm so be aware of that thank you for watch my vid.

Do you use the bar to gain altitude? It seems you are pushing forward to climb faster? I would just stay on the throttle and gain altitude with the thrust of the motor. I have a similar set up. Have you ever stolled?

I spend around 1200 on it including the hang glider ..after making adjustments and test fliying i could get it to fly properly..motor its a gokart motor and the pulleys you can get them online.

Engine must be more power and there's are proplem at the engine.it is not work cylnders not regular some time good some time bad rpm.and coming iron metal voices.engine must need good repair. it must work good rpm.rpm not good. Efective and indike must be good power not good. Before and after you must check without fire Press. With fire Press in cylnders with press clocks.
