This is by far the best tandem setup. You fly it with the mentality of foot launch in terms of power, the wing is super dynamic and it’s incredibly comfortable. You just trade fuel burn for it all.

Oh man, I love that thing. I've always wanted a PPG Trike for being able to haul camping gear. As for the constant torque twist with that power plant & large prop I wonder if mounting the engine a couple of degrees off-center would counteract the torque effect & keep you flying straight?

My dad flew hang gliders for close to 40 years. June 24th 2018 he had a heart attack while flying at njoy field outside of Kankakee IL. Sadly he passed while flying. I still am in touch with the guys he flew with. They are like uncles to me. I will say that the hang gliding ultra light and para glider community is solid. I love watching these type of videos to remember my father. Good luck stay safe.

Is the engine rotax based? From memory the rotax 503 twin made about 50hp and was often used in light aviation.

What happens when you have too much power? As you get above Vy doesn't your parasitic drag exponentially rise till you get no faster and just overload your lines? Not criticising and not a paramotor pilot. Just wondering. Maybe paramotors are generally underpowered and more is always better?

What would be interesting is at balanced cruising power…. What is flight time on fuel? Also distance it covers under balanced cruising no stress.? I am 273lbs. Would usually be 55% alone but 45% with wife (114lbs max). She is small Asian 5’… Another concern would be cranking up. Not sure “I” can actually crank it. I would love to meet someone who has that setup and passenger ride. ISince a child to 57yrs I always dream of flying without assistance… (can’t explain why…lol). I’ve flown for job from Atlanta GA to Japan then bank to various other countries in that region. Tons of domestic flights to many states. Always look forward to being in the air and the amazing views I have seen flying around USA and world both. I can only imagine level of happiness I would have in the full experience in flying that! Holy Toledo! Lol. I would then have to have a house that stays in air….lol.

I have one with the cosmos 300 because of the weight restrictions in my country. The one thing I don't like about this RMZ engine is the fact that it is Russian. With the war and the sanctions it is a big risk if anything is needed for maintenance and repair.
