There’s so many reasons to love Emmy, but her impeccable, colorful and vivid description of the food is probably the main reason why I come back every time. She’s so good at describing the taste of the food she’s eating in a relatable matter, I can almost taste it! She’s the best!! ❤

they're such a great investment. Crispy french fries in 15 minutes, any frozen fried food comes up crispy and delicious. You can roast vegetables, bake meats, reheat pastries, bake casseroles, defrost things quickly, etc... They're just so damned useful. I used to use my gas conventional oven a lot but I very rarely use it now because my air fryer doesn't need to reheat and has most things crispy and ready to eat in 15 minutes. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially impatient people who love crispy food. I'm cooking some chicken strips and french fries right now for a midnight snack... :P

We have a Korean hotdog stand at our mall called Mr. Cow. I just bought one since they're pricey for just one dog. I had the half mozzerella, half hotdog covered with the fries. I tried it with the sweet chili dipping sauce. It was ok. Then I covered it with ketchup and mustard. I loved it that way better. Too bad they use the skinny hotdogs instead of the jumbo size. I think it would be better especially with all that breading and potato on it. But I'm going again and ask for it to be extra crispy!

We have a snackbar near the H-Mart closest to me that sells these! They have the cheese, 1/2 & 1/2 and they have multiple sausage types - traditional hot dogs, Korean sausages and beef versions of both. I've found, if I'm going to have the cheese dog, I prefer it with the plain coating and I prefer the Korean sausage with the potato coating. I'm so in love with these & I'm so glad you reviewed the frozen ones because I have been hesitant to buy them because of being the fish dogs. I don't handle spicy food very well, but I absolutely LOVE the ricecakes. I found a great recipe on Future Neighbor's channel for a bulgogi style tteobokki and I make that instead.

Those cheese balls looks like brazilian "pão de queijo" fried. You can get a recipe online, is made from fermented cassava starch (polvilho azedo), eggs, oil and hard "dry" cheese(s). (Some recipes uses common starch, others fermented, and others a mix of the 2) They are normally baked, but you can fry the dough and you will get about the same texture. Just need to partially freeze before frying.

I Love Korean corn dogs, and mu local H-Mart had an OK Dog stand inside (across from check out) where they may be purchased to order there! Also, in general, I've found that by 'pre-thawing' many items in my microwave for 30 - 60 seconds, the HAF cooking time nay be cut in half or more then! Also, if you cover the corn dog sticks in foil before putting then in the HAF, you can prevent the wood from possibly burning and make it Much easier to handle them when they're done.
