there are quite a few things i likely did do wrong, theres a few areas of momentary struggle, the clip of windows security trying to mess me up got lost, although that was a pretty simple fix, and another thing i would mention is many linux distros do not immediately work with wifi or cellular network adapters. so be prepared with a ethernet cable to hardwire your devices if you are using a wifi card.
