congrats dude. im 3 months into my alpha mini / gt neo and have absolutely no regrets... in fact i like them so much my very decent vnm pedals just got swapped out with the p1000's, and even though the vnm's were quality, the p1000's feel another step up. happy racing!

Gravy garage cars are probably the easiest. Some people say they’re unrealistic and some say they are realistic so who knows, but I like them. I quite like dwg cars as well. Janky drift did a video on some good packs. Iirc he said the dwg z drives basically like his irl z Turning ffb down so the car doesn’t counter steer too fast and there’s no clipping is also important for drifting. Awesome to see you with the new sponsorship!

4:46 - You can do the same with Moza & VRS wheels as they use a D1 spec quick release 6:15 - By turning the wheel yourself, you're turning the motor inside the wheelbase into a generator

It’s super strong…. It’s all that is needed. The 360hz ffb now on Iracing is amazing. Driving is finesse and delicately. Ask Max Verstappen his videos on being delicate says it all. FACTS 🙋🏻‍♂️

Congrats man. Just wait until you try the fx-c wheel that shouod be what you ask for. The fx pro is nice but the fx-c is perfect. All aluminum construction. Paddles are amazing and grips are perfect. But ive owned simagic for 7 months now. I own the ultimate and its a beast. I do have the asetek invicta otw and im super hype but god the ultimate is so good. Simagic has a very special feel when it comes to the suspension feel. Also people try acting like the simagic mini is weaker then the old mini but its false. Its extremely strong and still feels stronger then its 10nm strength would day. But yeah very fast wheel, very good details but insane suspension feel. It is the best drift wheel on the market. Well that and asetek. At the moment simagic is the most popular brand in the mid to enthusiast range market due to its price and what you get for the price. Its chesper then asetek and simucube but offers you something nice. Btw the p1000s will blow your mind when you get them dialed in. Just make sure to get the $20 spring kit. Gives you tons of options for any feel you want.

Better than QR2 imo but mainly due to better pin design than anything else. Both work without any flex and are easy to use. NRG may take more force to pull the Spring though

The gravy pack is one of the easiest pack to learn on. I think it's just a few little teaks and it might feel better then. I also recommend using non turbo V8 cars for learning as they are easier to control throttle wise.

Try the VDC drift cars, they are the most realistic, for me i like the s15 because it has a ton of grip, but that means you need to clutch kick a lot more to keep the slide going

Nice Video, appreciate it like pretty much any you upload. Is there a link to your settings anywhere? Because I use an alpha mini for drifting in ac as well and i have big problems with wheel oscillation in transitions. Tried many presets but so far, nothing worked.

i run the same wheel and everything best bet is to set max ffb and torque in sim manager to 100% and then lower or raise ffb per car in game i just map raise and lower ffb to one of my rotary buttons on wheel will get the best feel.
