Flair, try using one of those pond filters with UV light inside. Will make the water clear again. I did this for my above ground pond and it cleared it right up.

Flair. Be careful by doing the divider. My cousin raises turkeys for butterball and if the get to hot they with all huddle in the corner on top of each other and kill one another. Flair from experience on the water cover thing you should do something to ends and edges the tin because it’s really sharp and if one of the animals rubs up on it it’s a big risk of slicing them open. we had a pig that did it and sliced her side really deep.

I think the shed is a good idea. Yeah definitely another one for the goats/the other side. Maybe do less work by digging a hole deep enough so that it would secure the water tub while also letting smaller animals (the turkey and goose). A bigger one too (not too big) as Ralph will drink the whole tub in one sitting, especially during the summer.

I used to work in turkey barns. I would suggest making sure you lock down those auto waters and when you get more don't get the cheap ones. if one of those animals dumps that water tub you are going to have a huge mess the next day. that water is gonna run and run and run. you could also put regulators on them so they don't run full tilt all night if they do get dumped or broke and they will get dumped or broke. Notice how the Camel went right for the running water. its gonna be fresher and cooler then the still water and he is gonna figure out how to make it run to drink from the valve. Another option is to put a timer on the hose so it only allows water to run for a little while each day to fill the tubs. Many different ways to fail safe the system to save yourself from an absolute mess. Love your content man!

Glad to see you fishing more! I have caught big cats day or night...doesn't matter in my experience. Daytime I look for current and night time I look for shallow hard bottom with deep water access. Regarding bait, I have the best luck with fresh cut Bluegill or other baitfish. I like glow sticks on the tip of the rods instead of glower bobbers. We use the glow sticks for cats and salmon at night.

Flair there is a product that is called miracle thread used for salt water. It’s like a elastic thread used to hold bait on a hook. It sticks to itself so when u have a problem with bait coming off the hook it will keep it on also it makes it harder for a fish to get it off which helps when using a circle hook by the time they get the bait off it’s to late and the hook sets itself. Just a thought might want to check it out.

Something I picked up from a few of my 'Bama based buddies (when I was out there) regarding Catfish. If you cut the tail off and put it in ice and water, it should help get some of the muddy flavour out of it. Changing the water/ice periodically. Seemed to work for them and I never had a bad bit of Catfish (although their insistance on me trying the Roe was a bit much)
