The charms of DS aren’t the shops and bars (now that Pleasure Island is extinct). The magic moments are the complimentary Disney Springs watercraft excursions, disembarks, and explorations of adjacent resorts such as Old Key West and Port Orleans Riverside. Next visit, skip the drab materialism and immerse in the wonder and delight of this amazing and inspiring part of WDW. The Springs themselves are a bore, but they’re a catalyst to adventure. I’m a CA DL Club1313 guy who regards Disney Springs as a quintessential launch into Disney imagination.

What a fun walk through Disney Springs. First you should of told us those sculptures were made of ancient reclaim redwood, WOW those were expensive. Second you should prioritize your time with your friends. Your there on your Disney vacation and your documenting some of it to share with us. That’s how I think of it. Third Disney Springs seems nice but I’ve never been. They put it away from everything and going there would take time away from the parks. My kids are still young, they have shopping and dining in the parks and resorts. Time in Disney Springs means how many less rides and how many less character meet and greets ? They have 4 parks at WDW some times we don’t even hit all 4 Parks. If Disney Springs was more like Down Town Disney and right outside one of the parks it might be worth it for people with young kids. It would probably be perfect right where the Swan, Dolphin, Boardwalk, Yacht and Beach Club are because you could walk through it going from Epcot to Holly Wood Studios. I’m sure it’s great for locals, or adults on a kids free Disney vacation, or older kids. Some of those restaurants get great reviews. Thanks for the Vibe Stream, keep up the good work ! Also I know you like to discover the parks but when you need to get somewhere in a hurry check the map on the Disney App.
