Cool stuff. I like the escape room/murder mystery idea. Make it a Haunted French Quarter. The weenie could be an indoor Haunted Mardi Gras. This could be an opportunity to realize a state of the art version of Rolly Crump’s Museum Of The Weird. But make it all effectively immersive! 👍🏾

This is a great idea. I think one of the escape room experiences could be themed in a Muppet Haunted mansion style to appease some of the bad feels that have arisen from closing the Muppet Vision experience. I think you could do the same type of experience with a Pirates of the Caribbean theme at Caribbean Beach Resort. People on the Cruise ships dress up for pirate night a Pirate themed dinner and show experience already has a build in audience. Maybe Disney could buy the old Pirate show set from the Old Mirage hotel in Las Vegas and Disney it up along with buying back the Blac Pearl and putting it in the water at CBR. Alas I am not sure that the current management at WDW Parks has the vision or focus on the guest experience to pull this off. Maybe that will change if Epic Universe puts a significant dent into attendance.

Im so conflicted, Bricky. I love Disney. I love your content. Disney seems to forget me. If I watch your content, you make less than a penny from me. My problem is you may spend that penny on more Disney.

I was going to ride that with my parents back in 1975. We were in the rocket, buckled in, and ready for launch when there was a ride failure. We sat in the launch stage for about 10 minutes before the lights came on and one of the rockets was stuck on a corner. My dad saw it, said "Hell no!" and demanded out of the rocket. I didn't get to ride it until the late '80s.

You need to be on the creative team of Disney! This is a brilliant, financial opportunity for Disney, which always turns their attention towards. May I add to the experience? In your video is a brief clip of two boats with passengers. What if a "ghost host" were to be driving it? What if, in the "adventure," you learn that you need a "clue" forcing you to have to ride the boat and, while you are on there will be a number of points, along the way, hidden along the water's edge or on land, only seen by a boat ride, that gets you farther in the emersion experience? I think something like that would be a HUGE need to gather into a group. The captain could be one of the bride's husbands forever to remain trapped on the boat excursion. He could have more than one "tale to tell" audio giving even MORE answers to the puzzle, not found anywhere else on land. He could even give a clue that makes you have to take a doom buggy ride to find a certain clue. I could go on and on!!!!!!

Hi Brickey! I think your idea is great... I wish Disney had relatively new building/ hotel without windows, doors and no pool that is not making them any money currently :) You Hit right on it! use the Starcruiser building... it's already set up for a hotel, and could be accessible to people. if it wasn't an office area now. I think that building could be repurposed and fit every part of your idea :) Then I can continue to eat beignets in Piece :) lolol

I remember my Mom read about doing the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue back when we went in 1994. I was in 7th grade and I don't remember if she booked it before we got to Florida or first thing as it was very popular back then and I assume that it still is. I would so go to a similar Haunted House themed Dinner show or similar concept or pick a hotel with the them or both.

This has been discussed since the 1990s when the development process that eventually created the Tower of Terror. Hotel Mel was one such iteration. The Haunted Mansion came after this thought.

It looks MAGICAL! And it is! If you’re a spectator! However if you are a “CAST MEMBER!” ITS ANYTHING BUT! Like he says it’s all a story! And the cogs it takes to make this machine work for the story are UNIMAGINABLE! I used to believe a few 2-10 ppl @ most make this work! But it takes hundreds! And in the daytime THOUSANDS of cast members to help keep ppl hypnotized and believing the lie! I mean “story” lol! Sry but having employer exp kinda kills the “MAGIC” in it! It’s cut throat and unforgiving! It truly is…. So appreciate it! Ppl suffer every day so you can have an enjoyable exp. And they do a fantastic job! Considering the circumstances….

Brilliant video! StarCruiser was just WDI dipping their toes into the next level of entertainment, but your ideas seem like the obvious next step. I really hope this video finds the right people. Immersion, if you want it. Different price points, so there's something for everyone (and guests don't feel left out). A la carte at its most practical application. Love your creative brain, Brickey! BTW Stayed at Port Orleans Riverside 5 years ago and took the carriage ride at night. The clip-clop of the horse hooves echoing as we went under the bridge along the river, gave off such strong Headless Horseman vibes. Cheapest, most memorable part of the trip! 🎃

Yes!,, this is exactly what my friends and I always said is what the Star Wars hotel should've been.. we didn't need the interactive part.. while that is fine, it wasn't great, could've been a lot better.. and you could have that, but for most people just having the theming would be awesome, like a themed hotel suite, but in the whole resort. and as you said, dinner shows, escape rooms, other interactive elements like the starcruiser had can be a add-on. Haunted Mansion, Star Wars and Pirates all should have something like this. Maybe even Big Thunder Mountain and bring back the bbq ranch and petting zoo, etc.

I CHECKED THE COTINO HOME PRICES! SHOCKING !!! THESE HOMES ARE UNAVAILABLE TO AVERAGE AMERICANS! STARTING AT 1.5 MILLION ON UP PAT 2 MILLION. VERY SMALL HOMES WITH LITTLE YARD AND STRICT RULES. ADDED TAXES, AND EXTRA OUT OF POCKET FEES TO USE SOME OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICES AND RECREATIONAL AMENITIES

I stayed at Port Orleans for the first time a few years ago. Really enjoyed it like the environment especially the more isolated swampy garden areas. I really like this idea builds on the Gothic architecture wouldn't even need to be the whole resort just carve out a section I can put in a new cafeteria area. Agree that the Star wars cantina is a horrible experience. Not horrible but unworthy experience. I've got my rancor teeth sampling glasses and I probably will never go back. But an escape room type experience that could be updated and refreshed annually or quarterly or whatever kind of rotation that they would want to do is a really clever idea you're right to make it a premium Disney experience love your stuff

I used to perform at The Comedy Warehouse at Disney's Pleasure Island. What you're describing as an immersive experience reminds me so much of the Comedy Warehouse' sister, Adventurer's Club. There are regularly scheduled events and loads of unscripted interactions. It was one of the coolest places I've seen on property. Wildly memorable and entertaining. I'd love to see an experience move in the direction of AC, and Haunted Mansion would be a great match because it's so inventive.
