So excited to see new players experience monster hunter for first time, i remember when i discovered it about 2 years ago and i still play world, rise and generations. Hope you will play and enjoy the whole game and good luck hunting!!

Thanks, I appreciate that! I enjoyed the beta a ton! It took 2 or 3 sessions, but I think I get the basics of most of the mechanics now. I bought Rise recently, and plan to do a playthrough of it within the next couple weeks.

That is great to hear, that was also the game i started with, its a bit easier than mh world so you should be able to learn everything in a relatively short amount of time

@Graez I would recommend world more rise is ok I been playing since two and rise is ok it's just weird

@ it’s the one I started with so I’m going to have a bias to it but I’ve heard the balance between weapons is better in world

@@Graez World gameplay is closer to wilds but also a bit slower and more methodical. Rise is a lot faster with flashier moves. Still a good game, though not for everyone and most weapons are quite a bit different to world or wilds.
