When you realize Red Rush experiences things super slowly, he probably felt his head getting crushed for like minutes or even hours*. He was also so desperate that he kept punching even after his wrists were completely snapped 😨 Edit: I dont know if theres proof of this in the comic but someone I heard somewhere that the reason he was using his wrists may have been because, as Omni Man was crushing his head, RR was losing his motor skills and could no longer ball his fists

Actually the pain from braking his wrists on Omni man’s chest was far less than the pain he was feeling getting his head crushed. His brain went into survival mode willing to sacrifice all other limbs if necessary. This happens in a lot of cases in real life as well.

19:14 Physics student here, nothing with a mass can travel at the speed of light in a vacuum (at least nothing that we currently know of), which is what most people mean when they say speed of light. It can get extremely close though and you can also slow light down using different substances. Like the blue glow from Cherenkov radiation, that occurs because the speed of light in water is going slower that the speed that the radioactive particles are going. So the ball isn't going at the speed of light but based on how quickly it went round the earth its going faster than the speed of sound. Great reaction btw!

The comic is a much slower pace and all characters get a story just like a normal tv show/comic. But the tv show does it justice Forsure I’m guessing they were piloting season 1 to see if it get popular. If it was straight adaptation I can see it going for 7-8 seasons or a change in pace in season 2

You know, I was surprised by how little Don knew about Marvel when I was watching his Iron Man video. And now I'm realizing--duh--if he doesn't know one of the major superhero comic companies, why would he know the other? Because I'm getting the feeling that a lot of the DC references/parodies/similarities/whatever-you-wanna-call-them are slipping through. Like, does he know about Batman and Wonder Woman and Aquaman and Superman, etc.? Before I would have said even if you don't watch DC, there's no way you wouldn't recognize some of the characters.
