I deliever mine in the hospital. And the thing that i hate is that when the nurses keeps telling me to push. Push really hard. Because i can feel that it wasnt time yet. The moment my baby is about to come out, my body just know what to do. It pushes my son automatically. And the nurses were like “stop pushing the doctor isnt here yet” and im like “im not pushing, my body’s doing it” lol

So happy for you!! My 4th labor was un medicated and hypnobirthing techniques. It was by far the BEST experience and I wish I did all my labors that way. If women prepare themselves they could do it and would understand how amazing it is! Congrats!!

Mine was also 100% natural no meds and all back labor. The feeling of birthing like that amazes me!! I would do it all over again 💖

Strange how different midwife experiences are ! I have a main one, which I've met multiple times now, and my secondary I've only seen once. I'm glad the birth experience was so good for you !

Hey if you google the title there are websites that let you watch it for free. I’m shocked that so many platforms have seemingly shut it down…. I originally actually rented the video from a library so you can always check at your local library.
